Sorry to ruin your dreams š But itās just a fantasy.
We do have some āmedicalā classes, but itās about what to do in emergency situations (like earthquakes or car crashes) if someone broke a bone or similar. The class is for everybody, not only for girls by the way. Enemas are not part of the study. I personally had one enema for medical reasons when I had to do an X-ray. My friend only had it before giving birth to her child. Even for constipation we prefer pills. People can go through their life NEVER having a single enema.
It is common to undergo yearly physicals, but at school itās usually rather superficial. We were taken to the gyno (I believe we were older, maybe 16), but it was just like getting accustomed to such doctors. It didnāt happen at the school building, we were taken to the clinic, where the doctor just told us about contraception and periods and so on. Girls who admitted they were not virgins were welcomed to have an exam, but it was absolutely voluntary. Nowadays rules are stricter, as far as I know, but for underaged thereās still some slack.
There is always a medical office in schools (though in little villages nurses are not always present). But thereās just some bandaids, mild painkillers, some pills for fever and a thermometer (we take it under arm in a medical setting, nowhere else š or these new ones that measure temperature at your forehead). These offices are used for when a kid doesnāt feel well or when everybody is given a vaccine. If itās a shot in the butt itās just you and the nurse and everybody is waiting in the corridor, otherwise itās just a line in the room. Physical exams are possible, but they are very simple. Usually just visual that a kid is here and alive before the school year begins š You skip it - nobody notices. I had one or maybe two through my school years, never undressed a single thing for it. A person might need to undergo a real exam before entering school and before university. But honestly I didnāt have any and I know a lot of people who didnāt. It depends on school rules I suppose. Adults might have a more thorough exam as a rule at work, but again many people donāt do it, depending solely on the employer.
Iāve never even heard urban legends about enemas at school. If a kid doesnāt feel well heās allowed to go home. If the situation is serious - they call an ambulance. Nobody would give you an enema at school. Iāve never even seen equipment.
All the pictures and videos you might find on the Internet are just porn, if somebody does this for real they might very well end up in jail. And you donāt want to hurt a kid and get in a Russian jail for it.
