How do you Conduct Home Examinations of your Play Patients

Hello, I am into medical fetish. I have a question for people like me: how do you conduct home examinations of your patients? What is the inspection sequence? What procedures do you give them? I tell my patient to undress, then they measure her vaginal and anal temperatures. Then I insert a speculum and inspect the vagina. Afterwards I perform an anal examination. What are you doing?

My boyfriend will taken my rectal temperature with me in my stomach, this is usually followed by a rectal exam, and two enemas. Sometimes a soap enema and a rinse and other times a retention enema with the ballon nozzle.

This is a checklist I came up with for doing my play exams of @Sexy_Librarian.

DrFn's Exam Checklist

1. Have patient check in and complete medical/sexual history and consent for treatment forms

2. Bring patient back to exam room and instruct her to have a seat up on the exam table

3. Look over patient's completed forms and ask any follow up questions regarding her answers. Ask if she has any questions or concerns that need to be addressed.

4. Have patient change into exam gown (This varies. On some occasions she is given a full exam gown. Other times, she is only given a disposable exam vest that covers her upper body only. Sometimes, she is simply told to remove all her clothing and given nothing to cover herself.) Observe the patient as she changes.

5. Take her to the scale and weigh her

6. Have her give a urine sample (Often is an observed urine sample)

7. Blood pressure check (after bringing her back to the exam table)

8. Rectal temperature is taken (Make her stand and bend over the table, or get on her hands and knees up on the table)

9. Check eyes

10. Check ears

11. Check nose

12. Check throat

13. Check glands in neck

14, Listen to lungs with steth from the back

15. Listen to heart (above breast)

16. Listen to heart (under her breast so the breast has to be lifted)

17. Do a manual breast exam with patient sitting up

18. Do a manual breast exam with patient lying down

19. Palpate and check abdomen and hips with patient lying down

20. Dr puts on exam gloves

21. Position patient on exam table with feet in the stirrups

22. Begin genital exam by looking over everything thoroughly (Spreading patients labia, taking time to discover every fold. Pull back her clitoral hood at this time also and examine her clit)

These remaining steps are not done in a real order. In a real exam a speculum would be used first for a PAP smear, before a bi-manual exam. In my patient's case, everything leads up to a speculum exam because that gives her the most arousal.

23. Perform bi-manual exam

24. Perform recto-vaginal exam

25. Perform digital rectal exam

26. Change gloves, then perform vaginal speculum exam(s)

27. Perform rectal speculum exam(s)

28. Perform vibratory response exams

29. Perform electro-mechanical exams (optional e-stim or TENS stimulation. Not always done)

30. Conclude exam and discuss findings

I find I need to use this checklist or I might get too carried away with a naked sexy patient on my exam table. I want to prolong the eroticism for her (and I) for as long as possible, so I don’t want to skip anything.
