If you like heat take a Vicks menthol cough drop and stick it in your butt hole for a great sensation as it melts away also rub some Vicks Vaporub on your hole

The sensation of Vick's Vapo-rub is great, but it's not easy to clean the petroleum jelly base off what it gets on. If you launder mostly in cold water (saving the planet and all), you'll still have a dark grease mark that doesn't come out unless you use hot water. It's why I stopped using the stuff, the risk of it getting on clothing or sheets.
