What feedback do you have for irl/virtual play exams? What went well, what didn’t?

I was just wondering what feedback you all may have for irl/virtual exams. What went well, what didn’t? What would’ve you liked included that wasn’t? Trying to creat the best and most unique experience for my patients.

This may not be what you're looking for; however, nothing ventured, nothing whatever ... Some years ago I was involved with a female judge who had the most delightful preoccupation with wetting her pants anywhere in the house. Many cats and a dog provided a *cover* for the underlying perfume of numbers 1 and 2. There was a female house guest who roamed the house in her pantie but didn't join us during our playtime.

I found that having "paperwork" to fill out beforehand was a fun addition. It adds some realism, but also really gets you erotically going a little bit having to answer sometimes explicit or embarrassing questions. I think figuring out how much paperwork is fun is dependent on the patient. I think giving places for the patient to include limits/boundaries, triggers, preferences, etc. also demonstrates that you genuinely want to make the experience safe and shows concern for their well being.

I also found you can't "chart" and "do the exam" at the same time. I know its fun to write down all the exam findings so the patient can see it later, but it takes away from the experience for everyone.

The patient participating in their exam can be fun. For example:

- putting the stethoscope in their ears and making them listen to their heartbeat

- teaching them and having them demonstrate doing a breast or testicular exam on themselves

- giving a patient a mirror so they can see inside their vagina during a speculum exam
