So what is it that's wrong about diapers?!

I think we need a new political party - the Party for Freedom of Expression and Being.

Why can't people of all ages wear diapers?

If babies and toddlers can because of convenience, why not big babies / DLs?

How often have you been caught out, dying to go, and no toilets for miles? What exactly are we girls supposed to do - it's not like we can just turn our backs, get it out and go like the guys!

Well jenn first off babies and toddlers dont wear for convenience they wear for lack of controll or when at toddler age lack of strong muscle controll but they never wear diapers becuase itsd easier thenn the toilet. seconnd i agree with you us guys have it easy for poty breaks lol . we feel bad for you girls because of that. however if you want to wear a diaper then wear it. its your life, its your body, and its your choice. but we all need to be ready for the embaressment of being caught in a diaper if you ever are caught. i have been and it is very embaressing , however it seems to be a bigger deal to the diaper wearer then it was to the person who told me my diaper was leaking. cant figure that one out at all.

Diaper = money

That is why no parents would like their child wearing diapers !

If most people think diaper is only for baby, this concept becomes "RULES" of our life.

Actually, wearing diaper is not wrong, especailly you are at a traffic jam, long trip, playing TV game, watching movie,...

Dls. are smart, clver, ... so we understand the benefit of wearing diapers.

There is nothing wrong with wearing diapers as far as i am concerned, i think it is as natural as wearing underwear, i got to the point where i was sick of hiding it my wife new i was wearing them and even my kids understand that i wear them but i don't push the issue with them. people don't understand because they are ignorant or just don't want to know.

No matter what the scenario, be it for need, convenience or sexual pleasure, society will cite a reason why it's unacceptable.

A lot of people still fail to grasp that incontinence isn't always caused by aging. Adults of all ages can be incontinent. My best friend is 23 and incontinent. I'm 22 and I still wet the bed every now and again. There's not a lot of talk about relatively younger people needing diapers, and unless someone is willing to listen, they'll pass the person off as lazy.

As for the sexual aspect of it, the truth is any kind of fetish is considered socially unacceptable. This is true even in psychology texts, where they consider anything outside of the traditional, heterosexual realm as sexual deviance. That's the technical term for any fetish or alternate sexuality. So until all of that is fixed, until all the misconceptions and fables about diapers and the adults who wear them are gone, things will continue to be this way.

It's the one life you get, live it doing what you love with out regret or fear. So, if you want to wear diapers do it, do what makes you happy because you never know what happens in the end.

There's nothing wrong with wearing diapers, but there are societal rules, that stresses that diapers are for the babies and the incontinent. But society can change and evolve, fifty years ago much of society was segregated along racial lines, so in the future society may adopt a more accepting attitude towards ab/dls.

I think there is an other point to be addressed that is , when an other wise "normal" adult choses to put on a diaper and use it most people are horrified to think that this person would want to wet or mess on them self. Also think back on how a toddler is potty trained. It all ends up with " Diapers are for babies, your a big boy/girl now." So you see how we are all taught that by age 3 or there about it wrong to be in diapers. Even doctors specialize is fixing incontinence so you can return to a "normal" life and use the toilet and get out of diapers. That should speak for it self.

As for me, I chose to wear diapers and I enjoy wetting and messing in them . It makes me feel wonderful and I do get sexual gratification at times. So wear diapers if you want, tell every one or keep it to your self, walk down main street in a diaper and T-shirt or under cloths. But what ever you decide to do, remember you will have to deal with the repercussions.

Society already has it's impression of diapers. For them, I'm sure it will never be acceptable. I think that they're along the lines of walkers for old people and pacifiers for young children. I'm sure we'll never see healthy adults walking around with pacifiers in their mouths or holding onto walkers even though they could feasibly keep their balance without one. As much as I think it would be nice I just don't think most of society will accept it. As for the comments regarding racial tension, remember their were activists (and still are) that fought for those changes. I just don't see someone ever standing on a podium preaching about diapers and fetishes. Unfortuantely those that even have that ability, from our group, usually end up on Jerry Springer.

Diapers are not a "Normal" article of clothing defined by society. They are baby clothing.

Just as it is not normal for a man to wear a skirt or panties. That is defined as womens clothing.

Women can wear a diaper under a long skirt or dress and can go pretty much unnoticed.

But, when all of those "Normal" people are stuck in a traffic jam, standing in a long line at a concert or ballgame or out on a boat either trying to hold it or relieve themselves over the side when waves a crashing in, I will just sit back and wonder if they would think different given the option.

I have gone out fishing plenty of times for a whole day in a nice thick diaper and never had to worry about making it to shore or finding a secluded spot to relieve myself. I didn't look like a fool doing a dance and holding myself either.
