I am myself writing a story and my story is nearly finished. I suggest that you write a story with a similar beginning and a similar theme.
Here is the beginning of the story. You can use that beginning, but with your own wording and ingredients, and continue from there. Afterwards it will be exciting to compare what we both have come up with.

I was in my late puberty period, just passed 18, and still with a lot of new things happening inside me. I mostly had the same slim, slightly athletic and smooth boy shape as I allways had, but I had got taller and developped in many ways. I had finished primary school, but lived by my parents that still had the custody over me, which was the standard in my country until the age of 20.
One afternoon after coming home from school, my parents called me into the sitting room and told me that a special intensive care ambulance will come and take me to the control hospital for teen boys the next day - for my mandatory puberty adjustment, an event I had never heared about before.
Nor did I know that there were a control hospital for teen boys, but it sounded so natural that there must be something like this, based on how my society generally worked. My society was sickly eager to control and regulate everything, and it had the economical resources to do so.
But the term, stimulated my fantasy, and I immediately got nervous and tensed up, but also felt a strange exitement inside my bottom parts, and I asked what this could be,.
My father said that all teenage boys go to this hospital to get some corrections in their lower stomach and bottom to ensure averything in that part works properly.
They gave me two pills to calm me down whereafter I also got into a strange submissive mood that made me accept without questioning what was planned for me, even though this funny blending of anxiety and excitement continued.
I could not eat more this day to be clean inside, and the pills even seemed to stimulate my bowel movements to make me more effectively empty. In the evening I had to go to the toilet, take a douche, put on clean white underware and go to bed.
Passing back to my bed, I heared that my parents sat in the kuitchen, reading from some pamphlet, and talked together, surely about the coming ordeal. I stopped to listen, and heared some suggestive phrases...........
