Checking for phimosis during a physical exam

I had it regularly checked since I can remember. I was not circumcised and I suffered for a slight phimosis which was medical treated so during every physical there was that embarassing part and I felt it was absolutly normal. This continued after puberty until I leave pediatrician for the GP. During school physicals I had regularly my spine checked and finally the genitals part with testicles examination and the prepuce retracted. As adult I have also it checked at the beginning of every urological examinations.

In a play exam where I was the patient and the lady I was playing with, the lovely Sara, was the nurse and amongst other checks she did she checked me for a tight foreskin by lubricating her forefinger, wiggling it under my foreskin and running it over my glans. The feeling was intense.

She was satisfied that it was not too tight but did tell me she had a gomco clamp which she could use for ones that were too tight!

I’ve posted in this thread before but it’s a topic that interests me as I’m starting to see more and more British guys with often quite severe phimosis. In the UK, routine circumcision was common (as the US has been more recently) from the mid 1850s up to the introduction of the NHS in 1949, and in the elite classes thereafter. It’s easy to imagine that, with this decline - but the introduction of routine school medicals - doctors wanted to keep an eye on overall genital health and treat any issues appropriately, hence foreskin exams became routine since phimosis is also common. It’s perhaps also one of the reasons why genital exams continued in private schools after routine medicals stopped in our state schools.

I’ve noticed from some of my exams that phimosis can be at risk of returning with age, as skin naturally begins to become drier, or perhaps due to rougher masturbation or intercourse that can cause micro tearing and scarring/hardening in the phimotic ring that can lead to some tightening.

My foreskin was Always checked soft and erect.
