Wrestling with penalties of stripping

So I've wrestled before in HS, and was really into BJJ for a while. Great workout, and great way to stay fit, also at the same time it helps you become very comfortable working a body at close proximity. I've often found myself wondering how fun it would be to have a match with a willing partner where there were penalties of stripping involved, or to just hold a buck ass naked match and see how that impacted it. Anyone have experience doing this?
