Help with story

I've recently uploaded the first part of the latest installment of my series contributions for the Dr. Schiffmans clinic scenario and I wanted to ask for feedback on the following:-

- The scenario follows a student having a last minute physical exam at Dr. Schiffmans clinic on a weekend whilst he is supposed to be playing golf and when they have builders due in to do complete some work on the clinic.

Her boyfriend is sat on reception (which is where the builders are working) during the exam.

I need some ideas for how I could make it more humiliating for her and him in terms of scenarios and what she, the doctor nurse and builders say and do.
