Dear Zity friends, I'm glad that I had stumbled upon this discussion...having worked as an EMS first responder for nearly five decades, it's important to know that we should never allow ourselves to become too dehydrated, and by that definition, if you're a healthy adult, under normal circumstances, we should ingest 64 oz of water, within a 24 hour period of time, unless it's contraindicated, by other medical issues.
