To attempt to answer your question (and to an extent this is like trying to describe color to the blind) PiV sex feels like an aching need being satiated. Like you were starving and suddenly had your favorite food in front of you. Anal is similar but not the same. there's the edge of pain. You're being filled but not exactly the same way. A lot of the nerves are connected but not all and not in the same way.
