Dreamt that I suffered heart attack

This morning I woke up terrified with my hands and feet sweating and little fast heartbeat. I dreamt that I got a heart attack and was in the operation table in a gown being made ready for heart surgery.

Actually I was upset from within last evening so maybe all that thoughts would have made me anxious. I had woken up in the middle of night. The heartbeat was little fast. I drank water and slept. But the thought of fast heartbeat may have lingered on in my mind and got this weird dream. And since I had disturbed sleep last night I couldn't recollect in the beginning that I was just dreaming and it wasn't a reality It scared me even more
