Frequent ejaculation and reduced risk of prostate cancer has been mentioned several times before here on Zity. There have even been claims (not supported by studies) about reduced cardiovascular health risks associated with frequent ejaculation (note: sex is exercise - but I doubt this claim is true)!! Here are a couple of studies that support that frequent ejaculation does not increase the risk of prostate cancer and that it can actually reduce the risk:

“From an article about a study reported by JAMA in 2004: Conclusions Our results suggest that ejaculation frequency is not related to increased risk of prostate cancer. High ejaculation frequency may possibly be associated with a lower risk of total and organ-confined prostate cancer.”

“The scientists found no evidence that frequent ejaculations mark an increased risk of prostate cancer. In fact, the reverse was true: High ejaculation frequency was linked to a decreased risk. Compared to men who reported 4–7 ejaculations per month across their lifetimes, men who ejaculated 21 or more times a month enjoyed a 31% lower risk of prostate cancer. And the results held up to rigorous statistical evaluation even after other lifestyle factors and the frequency of PSA testing were taken into account.”
I personally think it is a noble goal to ejaculate 21 times per month or more, regardless of any beneficial health results!! Especially when you combine it with cardio exercise with a partner! 😄
Some advocate the benefits of prostate massage WRT prostate health. Mostly by naturopaths and sex workers! Some medical reports indicate there doesn't seem to be any basis for this other than relaxing pelvic floor muscles. Recent article from 2022.
