Dream about getting DRE by my girlfriend

Last night I dreamt that my girlfriend was giving me a DRE. I was fully naked and lying on my left. When I woke up I saw myself actually lying on my left and legs spread wide, similar to the way Dr had asked me, in my real exam that I had.

It's a very strange thing for me, I get medical dreams in the way I sleep. Like an earlier dream of getting a tummy ultrasound without a drape happened because I had kicked off the blanket in sleep and was sleeping fully exposed

But because of this today dream , I am sad again …missing my girlfriend 😢
