How do you feel about being constantly asked to ‘open wide’? Or having your mouth/ chin moved into position

I’ve always found that being asked to “open wide” has a double meaning, and that excites me. Sometimes it seems that Japanese vids are prone to use mouth clamps and retractors to keep the mouth open for any number of reasons and also devices to bare the teeth so that lips are moved out of the way.
