Something happens to me that I can't explain

Before the accident, when I started preparing the tools for the enema, I already had an erection.

Yes, a mystery… As for me; once the double balloon enema nozzle began to be used; erections during my enemas ceased. @selfmadetoy, I share your feelings here. I had cancer of the bladder, and when they removed as well my prostate and some colon, the idea of a raging hardon became a part of my past. I’ve had a similar situation. I’m currently 72. Five years ago, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I was given the 4 month shot of Lupron which caused my penis to shrivel up to the size of a small peanut. I had the gold markers placed and 27 rounds of radiation on the prostate and the seminal vesicles.
