I guess we all have rituals and regular fantasies or activities that help us relax and fall asleep.

I have the opposite. Daylight waking life is just too depressing to be relaxed enough to have sexual thoughts of any magnitude. I am beginning to understand why it is hard to get some animals to mate in a zoo. Of course the poor things can't relax enough.

I have to wait until in bed and even then relaxation is something to work on.
