Having your temperature taken or take someone else's temperat

I suppose when I was a baby, my mother must have taken my temperature rectally, but of course, I have no recollection of that.

She would be the only person who has taken my temperature rectally.

My wife, if I asked her, would be happy to add to my list of kinks by taking my temperature rectally, not because it would turn her on in the least, because it wouldn't, but because it would float my boat, and she is happy to float my boat, that is, pleasure me, because she loves me. She already happily accommodates my 69 other kinks, plus or minus 33 kinks, so what's one more kink, especially an easy kink like shoving a small rod up my caboose, especially when many of the other "kinky" objects take considerably more effort to breach my bum hole and/or make their way up to my tonsils.

By the way, this is not a one-sided situation. I am also happy pleasuring my wife because I love her, too, but accomplishing that, that is, pleasuring her, is relatively easy because her sexual needs are relatively few and I have had nearly 50 years to learn them (both of them) and they have not changed in nearly 50 years, and, additionally, she has no kinks, that is, she is pretty vanilla...very vanilla.

I really like having my temperature taken, but I think that I may enjoy having a bottom across my lap and be the one holding the thermometer in place a little bit more 😁

I prefer being the takee

I prefer to have mine taken. completely and naked in my stomach

My preference is to have mine taken but do enjoy taking as well.

I think I fantasize more about having mine taken but both are so so wonderful and arousing 😊

One of the lovely things about anal stimulation is that both men and women enjoy it, so it is an experience which can be shared. Taking turns with rectal temps is fun. It's like offering a lick of your ice cream cone to your partner.

Happiness is having a bottom across your lap or being a bottom across their lap 😊

I particularly like the feeling of my penis between her bare thighs.

I get off on taking ladies' temperatures. I've got a fairly substantial collection of thermometers. One time I was at a gathering out of town, and had invited a lady to share my room. When she woke up Saturday morning, I said she looked warm - I should probably take her temp. Had 8 or 10 thermometers laid out, asked her which one she'd like. She said, "All of them." We probably spent an hour, using each thermometer in her bottom.

Just about 99.99% of the time, I'm on the giving end of a rectal thermometer. It's the territory of being a nurse, mom, and wife. We often joke at the hospital that if we had a 6x9 picture of all the butts we've stuck thermometers up, we could wallpaper the waiting room in the G.I. lab. I prefer being on the giving end. Sticking a thermometer up someone's rectum often tells you a lot about their demeanor.....how well they tolerate it?.....are they going to be chill or dramatic having it done?......and most importantly, do they get goosebumps on their tush?😂😲 I won't lie that it feels empowering, especially if it's a male patient. But most men that I've taken rectal temperatures are actually kind of calm, if nervous and quiet having it done.

@ Nurse Nikki But most men that I've taken rectal temperatures are actually kind of calm, if nervous and quiet having it done.

I’m curious. How do most female patients react to having their temp taken rectally? Any notable examples? Thanks!

(I’m the family nurse at home and remember getting some “do you have to” reactions from daughters rare occasions when a rectal temp was needed. )

Definitely getting it taken by someone, especially a male. And if the male is a bit strict and dominant, it adds a lot to the whole thing

I thoroughly enjoy both sides of this process, but only with women.

I enjoy either position, but I prefer slowly sticking a thermometer up an attractive woman’s ass, and listening to her reaction. I’ve had them groan, sigh, tell me it feels good, it feels weird, or it’s beginning to hurt. And I’m going on memory, because it’s been decades.

This is interesting I figured in this day and time rectal temperatures would be rare me as a man wouldn’t be opposed to having it done in a medical setting … so what would be the reason for a rectal thermometer to be used ………I know that medical professionals do and see things differently but do you enjoy taking a temperature giving shots in the butt or a suppository

Growing up my temperature was taken by many people. Doctors, nurses, both parents, a couple of friend’s moms, a couple of guys in the college dorm, and my girlfriend. On the giving end it was my kids, my girlfriend, and a couple of friends.

I'm good either way. I ONLY play with women. But inserting a well lubed thermometer into a willing hiney or being on the receiving end..... equally good folks.

I have only taken my own rectal temperature with digital thermometer. I would like both take someone else and being my temperature taken that way. Preferred woman to take my RT or if a man does that in front of woman, or take guy temperature in front of woman.

I'm only interested in taking RT's not in receiving them. Over the years I have also learned that I am more turned on when it is actually not a part of sexual play. There is something more exciting about taking someone's RT who is just submitting to it out of medical need ( suspicion of a fever etc) rather than because they overtly enjoy it. It is difficult to explain the distinction. I suppose it might stem from having a subtle aspect of control over someone else. I do enjoy butt play during sex as well....but for me there is a difference when it comes to rectal temps.

@Daisy2929 — Married to my favorite guy 42 years, there were times he has taken my rectal temp with a touch of dominance but mostly with caring and love. We certainly experienced that during COVID-19 when I ran a fever.

I am one that prefers having mine taken. I am far from the Dominant type!
