Inducing a Tummy Ache?

Has anyone given their Little things to cause a tummy ache as part of an age play scenario? I've seen discussions about causing constipation, but this would go beyond that.

I'm imagining prep for a Little day. A couple of days prior I would start giving her lots of cheese, gassy foods and Imodium. The evening before, she would get a dose of sorbitol and extra Imodium. By next morning she would be a rather miserable girl. She would need to stay home from school and have her Daddy give her a series of treatments to help her feel better.

So, has anyone tried something similar? How did it turn out?

My Daddy preferred Castor Oil to induce a tummy ache. Yes it did require a lot of help from Daddy to rectify it!

I'm more of a middle for ageplay and Daddy doesn't need an excuse for anal stuff for me but I guess that wouldn't be real enough to 'really' get your head into the r/p. 🌸

As a Daddy I am more interested in surprise and anticipation. My sub girl would receive gentle but firmly applied enemas etc. when they were not expected and for no particular reason other then I have decided it was time.

I honestly don’t see any dose of Imodium interfering with sorbitol. I am normally obstipated and only pass a stool the size of your thumb tip every 2 or so weeks despite multiple combined oral laxatives & stool softeners daily and 3 suppositories every other day . Now I am on a regimen of Mirilax and Lactulose before each meal and God himself could not interfere in what was going to happen in my diaper . Sorbitol and lactulose are both sugar alcohols that draw water into your bowels and because your body can’t metabolize them , your gut bacteria try to break them down thus creating large amounts of various gases and becoming more and more laxative the longer it’s in you , by attempting to ignore it you are guaranteeing you will have no choice later . It speeds up transit time and is always pushing for the exit . I don’t see how Imodium would present a problem to sorbitol mechanism of action , it becomes laxative because the body can’t use it and is trying to get rid of it . In my experience you’re not going to cause tummy trouble but you will cause a healthy shit . My advice would be skip the Imodium , if cheese doesn’t constipate them Imodium won’t either and sorbitol can work in as little as two hours or sooner after being taken , so plan accordingly .

If you keep giving Imodium , you can cause a bowel obstruction. Explain that at the er when they need a colostomy

Honestly I don't think it's a good idea to experiment in such a way it might hurt the one you love in a way that it's beyond control. It's impossible to estimate the severity of such an experiments. What I used to do long time ago is to have a day sickleave (read: a day off) is drink lots of coffee to fake a stomach virus and diarrhea. That creates a bit of cramps.

Try it on your own, then try it on others. Nothing you want is to have an situation you didn‘t expect or experienced in.
