LADIES: What’s your preference? Waiting for long time in gown or gynaecologist entering before you are ready?

Is it more desirable for you to sit and extended period of time on the table in just a gown waiting to hear the knock at the door…or to have them knock, or even enter, before you’re completely undressed and into the gown?

I can see both sides, one lets the anticipation build and build and the other creates a rushed almost unexpected entrance. Thoughts?

When I went for my gynec appointment, I remember, the nurse outside checked my vitals, and asked what was the reason for my visit. When I told her I had come for missed period she only gave me the gown and told me to change. So I actually entered the gynec's room wearing the gown. We had to wait in the small waiting room wearing the gown.

I prefer that only. Can change at my own pace. I am clumsy so I need time

When I go for my test I pull my trousers and knickers down in front of the lady doctor. She doesn't leave the room. I think I prefer that rather than pulling them down then standing around waiting with my slit exposed. No gown is provided.
