Favorite and least favorite med-fet sexual experience?

I wasn't sure where to put this, so here it goes! 1. What was your favorite/most gratifying sexual experience as it pertains to med-fet? 2. What was your least gratifying mef-fet experience? Neither of these have to specifically be sex/orgasm related experiences, which is the tact I will take here to stimulate conversation.

My favorite sexual (non-orgasm) med fet experience was one of my first exams as a patient. I was naked the whole exam, and a little nervous. The doctor had me lie back and put my feet together in a frogs leg position (definitely was a fan). The doctor checked my heartbeat again, and the moved down to listening to my abdomen. The chest piece creeped lower to my lower abdomen, and just to the pubic area, as well as listening for femoral artery bruits and feeling my femoral pulses. The doctor also had to move my penis out of the way a couple of times while examining me. This was incredibly hot and needless to say I got very hard (with some pre-cum leaking) during this phase despite being rather nervous with a new play doc. But I realized how powerful touch/sensation along with anticipation was in an exam without it being specifically sexual; I found it a very enlightening experience about myself and what I want in a play exam.

My least favorite was with a play doc who was new and wasn't as confident in his examination skills. I didn't think it was a terrible experience, but wasn't like the exam I experienced above where I was tantalized without there being specific sexual contact. In hindsight, I feel now I should have taken on more of a “ this is how to perform various exam skills and how to make it a pleasurable experience”, which as a patient I was in a good position to do, but didn't have the foresight to realize this. Looking back, this would have been a great opportunity to be practiced on in a way I would find satisfying and to the benefit of my host play doc.
