Optimalhealthnetwork - serious or fetish site?

guess some of you know optimalhealthnetwork.com. While I don’t think the site is fraudulent, I still wonder how serious the information provided is. The woman running the web site refers to her education and science, but still I wonder:

you can buy suppository makers which make suppositories with a diameter of 2.5cm(!). This looks a lot fetish to me.

They recommend an enema bag of at least 4 qts to me and basically any person taller than 1.65 meters or 61 kg of weight. I am hardly able to take 2 qts.

I also like their recommended about having an enema series: starting with a 1-3 qt soapy enema, followed by a 1-5 qt sea salt enema and finished with 1-2 qt coffee Enema.

also some of the equipment offered looks weird, like a very thick nozzle.

what do you think about the site? Is it secretly a supply for enema fetishists or is it all serious?

It's a legit site dedicated to what they believe is enema health - but they also play to the market for what sells……

Check out on the site where Kris tells of when she was in really bad shape… and her physician wanted to do a total Colostomy!!! on her!! She did some research on her own and among other things came across “Colon Cleansing!!” I won't get into the details…. check it out in her vid's

… Now she still has her whole Colon and is in good health!!!

It is a ‘serious’ site inasmuch as it reliably supplies the goods you order and pay for. I have bought some enema equipment there in the past and it is good quality.

The ‘alternative health’ stuff they peddle—products and advice—you can evaluate according to your own view of such matters. (I’ve just made my own view clear.)

Optimal health net is a serious site. They do sell top quality products. Whether you are ordering for alternative health reasons or for us enema fetish folks it doesn't matter. Their equipment and service is great.

It is a legitimate website and it’s a great service. They have great products.

I just got a five quart bag from them and yes they talk about multiple enemas using there quality products I like silicone nozzles as well now they are a little more fetish based and offer quality products.Thank God someone is out there producing excellent products after all they didn’t sell you the enema fetish you cultivated that ! Or you can go on with the over the counter products they offer today and not the high quality products of back in the day …..and the smell of rubber and ivory So to speak .

I have personally known Kris for 15 years. Wrote and directed many of her info vids, and helped with the product mix, and marketing. She was my first colon therapist and pro enema giver at her clinic, which she gave to DeeDee.

She is very honest, caring person and well versed in colon care. The only downer is her products have gotten very pricey. I know what they cost 🤪

I have been dealing with the OptimalHealth clinic for many years now. I have had telephone consultations with Kris. I think she is sincere, although a little extreme at times for my taste. She is a firm believer in the benefit of frequent enemas. She wanted me to take a soap suds enema series three times a week . My colon could not stand it.

I am not sure if price is relevant. I bought a four quart silicone bag from Kris in 2013. I use it practically every morning. So cost per flush? The same applies to SN.

The problem for klysmos this side of the pond is the sad exchange rate from US$ to UK£ and the cost of shipping. But OHN, SN, Rago Shapewear to my mind are in a class of their own and very definitely worth my hard earned cash!!

I purchased items from OHN several years ago, including Kris’s book, well written, excellent service. I have no doubt of the legitimacy of the business. From what I can learn from the videos and the product information, Kris is sincere about treating digestive-related issues through various ways, including the use of suppositories and enemas. However, there’s much more sensible information and advice in that book, such as diet, exercise, and lifestyle that I have followed.

Those who have read my posts through the years know that I have some lower bowel inflammation that I am currently treating with retention enemas and probiotics. This is similar to what Kris recommends, except I am not taking my coffee through a rectal tube! 😂

I gather from the first post here that the suspicion is whether OHN may also be a cover for those seeking more sensual interests. I can only speak for my own experience. I have been using enemas for years for my health needs, as Kris recommends, and the fact that they can make me feel good physically and emotionally is a bonus. As far as OHN, that’s a question I’d leave up to you.

Over the years I have been to some very respectable and highly qualified colon hydrotherapists, a number who have worked as midwives or as RNs on colo-rectal wards. It is not uncommon for them to mention that they love their jobs. I have also seen the same comment in the “about me” section of a number of websites.

I've purchased from her for years, back when she used to sell “enema” plugs. I'm sure she's aware of the fetish market and that it probably pays most of her bills. But from what I've seen and read here she's a professional. So she sees the signs of arousal but politely ignores them.

I've purchased many things from there, but not in years. It's quality stuff but has gotten pricey.

IMO, she's primarily a business woman. Poo is her business. Some of her stuff is OK, but IMO somewhat over priced. I would not buy he colon tubes. Buy a real Bard Fr 30 colon tube instead.

I do not agree with all her treatment ad or opinions and all of the add on products are a waste of money.

I believe they are a serious website. I had been searching for info on candida overgrowth & leaky gut, & they had info & treatment for it. That is hard to find.

I think it is a combo of holistic health, fetish, and retail site. There's a bit of all three in there.

Like others indicate, OHN is a “serious” site in the business of selling goods and services to a clientele that is interested in the various products and services they offer. I'm not interested in everything, but have had great service while in Madison, and have made good use of various products that they sell. I miss some of the original products that are no longer produced by the suppliers who are out of business or production. Yes, many items seem quite spendy.

While I'm an admitted klismaphile, I also utilize enemas, and a variety of equipment, for what I consider the healthy aspect of the procedure. That OHN and others have success in these endeavors, I think it's great. I'm probably fortunate from a financial standpoint, that Kris and DeeDee are so far away. I'd likely avail myself for their services far too often…even though they're strictly professional!

I concur with most here in saying I do think OHN is a legitimate site that does sell information and products related bowel health.

Now if you do have inflammation in your bowel, I would imagine researching their products and even speaking with them on the phone might prove beneficial and you could try some of their enema additive products. At worst, these products might not do any harm or could actually improve your condition and produce a noticeable positive result.

As far as the cost of their products goes, the enema equipment is overpriced in my opinion. Comparable products can be found on sites like Amazon for much less. I have bought a few things from OHN like colon tubes that had a detachable nozzle on the end which I felt was unique and worth the price.

I do feel they are smart businesspeople in that they understand they are selling to 2 markets- bowel health and enema fetish products. Now their enema equipment is nowhere near on the fetish scale like the products sold on sites like Silicone Nozzles or other sex toy sites, but they do realize that there is a market for these products and an audience willing to spend money on enema equipment used for sexual enjoyment. I would imagine OHN really doesn't care how you use their equipment. But they are quite willing and happy to sell to that market no questions asked.

Overall, I think it's great that there is a site/business out there like OHN. My fascination with enemas is purely fetish oriented not health oriented. But I love browsing for enema equipment regardless of which site it is. I like that OHN is a bit different from a pure fetish site and as far as I am concerned you can't have too many enema sites on the Web- I like looking at them all.

Hi all, I've been using their products for a while now, once I tried their goats milk enema soap I was immediately hooked - minimal cramping yet a great evacuation, nothing else compares. Some of their products are pricy but if you look some are a bargain. On sale you can get a 5qt all silicone bag (just the bag) for $ 50. which is a good deal, I liked mine so much I bought a 2nd. Now for tubing and an in-line pump their's is too pricy - look elsewhere. I personally like their advice I do their advocated coffee enema series. I do a 3qt SSE, then a 3~4qt saline rinse then after waiting for ½ or so I do a 2qt coffee enema held for about 30 min.

So, bottom line - this site gets my vote.

I have ordered a few things over the years, one of the things I own which they don't seem to sell anymore is the ¾ inch green tip which is surprising & also leads me to believe it's not designed to be a straight fetish website but probably a mix between the two depending on who's looking at it.

When we hosted Efest West back in 2009, I reached out to EVERY enema-related website out there to get free gear to raffle, ads sold in the program, and generally raise money through networking with vendors. We received positive responses from shopinprivate.com, Stonefox/Enemarotica, Klystra, Kink.com, etc. At first, Optimal Health Network was going to be a big part of the event in terms of support, but after they saw how deviant the event was going to be in terms of classes, subject matter, and demos, they pulled out- so to speak.

Following their exodus, a few veterans in the community reached out to me through zity. One lady said Kristina used to be a big time klismo and was all about the enema for fun world, but this shift to legit holistic care and colon hydrotherapy caused a schism with her and the kink community. There was a legitimacy and prestige that would be tarnished by being associated with our kind. I recall her female friend being pretty bummed about the whole deal as it seems Kristina used to be an excellent player and a solid enema player.

That said, you can't blame her for doing the most conservative thing when it comes to starting, building, and successfully marketing her business. She and most of you already know that a good portion of the sales of equipment on her site go to people like us. In the end, she is supporting us on some level. On the other hand, other fairly vanilla sites still supported the event in an effort to target that market. Hope this helps clear up a few mysteries.

I wonder if it matters. Whether the site is focused primarily on holistic health procedures or fetish anal practices, if the products meet the buyers' expectations - who cares?

Frankly, I think I'd enjoy receiving an enema from Kristina.
