What does the dr say to 24/7 wearing

Ok this is for drs and nurses only I want there opinion. Please only professionals answer this. If someone wore a adult diaper for a check up. Was respectful about it not wet/mess. Would you ask them why and if they said because I just enjoy wearing them 24/7 what would your response be and also would you ask them if they use the diapers for going to the bathroom and would you check them to see if they had any kind of rash or anything like that. Like I said please this is just for the drs, nurses, nurse practitioners and others in that field.

Tony I am not a medical professional but I can share with you the concerns of my Professional about 24/7 diapers. Their concerns are mostly hygene related to skin condition. In the case of my Ex urinary infection was always a concern. Yeast and uroplasmic infections caused by poor diaper hygene can be very uncomforting.
