Suprise spanking?

So, I've been back in the US for the season, and I've been spending time playing with a friend of mine, I play his Niece and he, my uncle.

Well, I've noticed something he has been doing lately. I'll purposely poke his buttons every so often when we're in public, just because I like watching him shoot me ‘you’re going to pay for this later' looks.

But lately he's been ‘forgetting’ about when I do something until later, be it right before bed or when he's changing my diaper, (I have a medical condition so I chose years ago to just enjoy the attention) he'll have my legs up and suddenly say “oh yeah? didn't you do *insert bratty thing here* At that point most often I HAVE forgotten I did that, so I've been caught off guard a few times well he just starts swatting my bottom doing a change, he's even done this a few times at bedtime. I honestly can't decide if this was clever on his part, or if he's just pure evil. (in a good way)

Anyone else have something similar happen?
