Tried some lemon juice for the first time

2qt warm water, plus the juice of one fresh squeezed lemon, about 2 fl oz., retained about 15 minutes with the aid of an inflatable butt plug.

Induced some mild cramping that felt kinda nice (I like that), but nothing extreme. Might try doubling the amount of lemon juice next time.

Years ago I was looking for something interesting to put in my enema so I happened to try that real lemon artificial lemon juice in the bottle. Wow is that stuff powerful you can't put too much because it's things like hell going in and you want to send you can only hold it for a few minutes because it wants to come out as fast as it went in. It also causes plenty of cramps which I do like. I took a 3 quart enema one time with a modern amount of that lemon juice in it. And of course with 3 quarts the enema goes up high. I paid the price for that one I was on the toilet absolutely shitting my guts out one wave after another I'll tell you that would felt good to be cleaned out afterwards

Oh and about Dr Bronners soap I tried the peppermint soap oh my God is that stuff strong you can't put more than a couple of teaspoons in there otherwise you cannot hold it it's too strong he wants to come right out I let go a couple of loads of that all over the floor I wouldn't go near it
