I think we can all agree that the world would be an even more exciting place, if there were more medfetters around. But how are medfetters made?

One big part are surely childhood experiences that involved medical procedures which deeply impressed us. But I do not think this is the only way. A core principle of medfet is the power dynamic between doctor and patient, so I think it naturally lends itself as an application frame for any two people that enjoy the dominance-submission dynamic, which I would say is true for most couples regardless of their gender identites and sexual orientation.

I want this thread to be a resource for anyone who wants to be an envoy for medfet, so I ask you to share your experiences on it, if you have ever tried being such an envoy yourself. 4. That's every girl I've been dating for at least half a year, except my first girlfriend where I was still a virgin.

To which extent were you successful?

Got all 4 to enjoy doctor+patient / nurse+patient role-playing with dressing up as such and implementing some medical tools during it, such as thermometers, stethosopes. Only with my current girlfriend it has reached the full spectrum though.

How old were you at the time and how old were they?

21 + 18, 24 + 19, 26 + 21, 28 + 22

At which stage of the dating/relationship did you first bring up your kinks?

As soon as I realize that this girl has potential to be a long-term partner and seems worthy of my trust, so usually among the first couple of dates.

How did you bring them up?

Generally, I occasionally intersperse medical buzzwords into normal conversations, such as “nurse” or “doctor”, creating some mystery and making them think what's up with that. Hinting that I have a thing for nurses but doing it in a tongue and cheek way that they can't be sure if I troll them or am serious. Then once they are worthy of knowing more, I double down on it and strip away the mystery. Telling some soft fantasies of mine and why they turn me on. Also I always tie girls to my bed the first time I sleep with them (none out of approximately 10 ever objected to this aside from some token resistance to not be thought of as a slut) to immediately show what's up with me and that things will not be run-off-the-mill with me. After those first steps, there are no cookie-cutter solutions. See how she reacts and proceed accordingly.

Just some basic roleplays of a horny malpracticing doctor that fucks his patient/nurse after doing some basic exams (inspecting, palpating, taking temp, etc.)

How frequently did you add new elements to the play?

I never followed a set scheme. I like to be unpredictable. But on average I would say I'm adding some little new thing at least every 2nd time I get intimate.

Are you still with them?

With the last of the 4 I have found my partner for life. It's been going on for over 2 years now and hopefully many more to come till death do us part.

How many people you met in the real world did you try to inspire with medfet? Very few and none who were not interested in it already. A couple friends in school who were into it and who liked to swap experiences and play a little, but only 1 or 2 in the many years since. My current partner is not at all into it.

To which extent were you successful? The ones from school led to years of friendship built primarily around this shared interest. But, as I got older, I only shared the interest with people I already knew for certain were into it.

How old were you at the time and how old were they? Early-teens at first.

At which stage of the dating/relationship did you first bring up your kinks? After making some joking comments together at a sleepover about a recent school sports physical we had had.

How did you bring them up? Making jokes about the sports physical.

If it ever got to that point, what were the first elements of medfet you did play out with them? At first it was just talking about it and kind of half-heartedly masturbating. But then we got together to play it out with stethoscope and some other toys.

How frequently did you add new elements to the play? It escalated quickly and went on over the course of a few years, on and off. The only new elements I added were to bring them various books I'd found about “going to the doctor” with passages or pics we could sort of recreate.

Are you still with them? No, we all moved on with life years ago. I was still close to one of them, but he passed away at a young (3😎 age.
