Any guys ever have a trans-rectal prostate ultrasound?

Any guys ever have a trans-rectal prostate ultrasound? Just before the technician inserts the “probe” (slightly flexible, about the size of a straight douche nozzle), they ask you to “push out” or “bear down” as if having a bowel movement. I've had two of them, one female and one male technician. It can be slightly uncomfortable while they are “probing around” in there, especially right near your prostate. I “enjoyed” (if you can call it that) the procedure more with the female, because she seemed to have a lighter touch in moving the probe around. And I was also more excited by having a young woman do that to me. 😘
