Mandatory exam of mature woman

Of course I'd rather be on the recieving end of an exam from a mature lady but I see how that can play into this fantasy. Maybe she's a doctor who submitted me to embarassing procedures when she was my pediatrician and now I became a doctor when I grew up and end up doing the same to her. I have been thinking about examining this mature woman and going over evey inch of her body, noticing maybe scars or marks from her aging. Speaking for myself as a mature female, I’m less likely to find an average medical exam embarrassing/humiliating no matter the age of the doctor. When you have kids you pretty much lose any girlish body modesty you may have once had as the process leaves you totally exposed to everyone. You need to step it up to something outside the realm of what she might normally encounter. The post about the humiliating questions/observations is one. Another way is to move the scenario to something Way outside the realm of normal. We role play the woman being a tourist in some foreign land with totalitarian tendencies and being forced to undergo an exam or face deportation or arrest. That way the doctor can behave as aggressively as all parties want and can do things with no actual medical purpose just because he can.

I love all of the exam fantasies and I love medfet roleplaying, so count me in. However, in real life, I have been having trouble getting an examination, pap smear, and breast exam. It's not nearly as much fun having a “real” exam, but I want the doctor be thorough and take all the time they need. I always worry about cancer and want to make sure something isn't missed. I don't mind if it's a young stud, an old doctor or male or female. Please just examine my breasts very carefully, pap smear and vagina, bimanual, recto-vaginal and rectal exam. Anything else you would like to do, palpate my other organs, bloodwork, HPV test, mammogram… yes please. Some doctors are going 3 to 5 years between Pap tests based on recommendations from the American

Cancer Society. The test is quick and minimally uncomfortable so please, let's keep doing it every year.

The mandatory examination scenario is one of my favourites. There are so many situations that can form the reason for the woman requiring the examination.

@Scots_Doc Exactly, I think that if doctor is kind, but thorough and decisive, he can examine anything he wants. There really are a lot of scenarios for an intimate exam, even if exam isn't mandatory. For example;

In all of these scenarios, he can just say that he can't reach her uterus properly because she is little bit retroverted, and then perform rectovaginal exam.

So, you forgot you mustn't eat sugar in the morning, and because of that you end up on your back with your holes probed.

I recall one (sadly) true story. In an authoritarian country (was it Turkey?), some opposition leader was wanted. It was rumored that he was actually in town and even meeting with his wife. The government arrested the wife as an accomplice and had her undergo a gynecological exam to check for recent intercourse.

Also, City lovers is a novella and TV film set in apartheid South Africa. A white male is suspected of having a relationship with his black (or colored, I don't recall) cleaning lady. During my last physical exam with my pediatrician I was given a gown and told to strip completely naked.
