A comparison

It is well known that since long years I am habituated in moving the bowels by swallowing a small dose castor oil (½ oz = 15 ml), this early in the morning, not having breakfasted - 1 to 2 hours later the bowel movement will begin. Actually it has happened that I woke up not early in the morning but late in the morning. So I have taken a high volume enema with about 2 ½ liters warm tap water instead of this one in order to fill the large intestine completely. By inserting slowly a very long colon tube (2 ½ feet) in the anus while the flow of the enema this has been possible without any difficulties. After the end of the evacuations the comparison moving the bowels by swallowing castor oil respectively by taking a high volume enema has been very interesting for me, for I have been very tired after having emptied my bowels by taking a high volume enema - after having emptied my bowels completely in swallowing a small dosage castor oil I have never experienced this one. So I ask you: Are you tired after having emptied your bowels by taking a high volume enema too?
