"Little" underwear

Does anyone else have a sweet spot for childish underwear? I don't have in mind some crazy prints, like for example ABU sells in adult size, but rather the general look and typical colors. For reference (brand: Petit Bateau):

These are not as overtly babyish as udnerwear made specific for ABDLs and therefore feel “truly little” to me. Sadly there are few patterns like these available in adult sizes, but I got some pieces with stripes and pastel colors over the years.

Something that was really curious to me was that the brand mentioned above, Petit Bateau, once sold a jumpsuit-styled pyjama with a pretty childish/girly print (little silver stars) - but in adult size. It was sold within days so the production number was probably low. The design was clearly not intended to be for an adult pyjama, as it looks something a 8yo girl would like to wear, so I'm wondering if they know about us..

I definitely think it's harder to find cutesy things for men (vs women).

Plain cotton panties with possibly some girly decoration but no adult (lace etc.) features.

I just purchased two pairs of the Rebel adult traing pants. They look like tidy whites with skulls all around them.

There made for lite incontinence while having a thick and wide crotch. A liner can also be used in them. However they aren't waterproof so a plastic panties are recommended.

They are no way near the protection that I need. I bought them for at times I just want to air out or a little time of not being diapered. Being diapered 24/7 you just need a little break from them.

Yes, totally! I have a thing for underpants with animals or cartoon characters on for sure, and any ‘childish’ design would also work for me. There's something fun about being in a professional setting, IE at work or during some kind of situation that's ‘serious’ while secretly wearing that sort of thing underneath that nobody can see, as well as being the appropriate thing in the bedroom for evoking a certain feeling in myself or a partner. I think doing that goes into middle/teen territory for me as well - it's an easy win for someone who likes being a ‘big kid’ and I've also no shame in wearing something like that while changing at a gym or swimming pool and having people see. There's sort of a ‘Go on, ask me about it if you’re brave enough' thing and a not caring who thinks I'm just an idiot because it's their problem and it's one of the few ways I'm not afraid to be different. That said, I do also have plain ordinary underpants and I do like my designer brands because I don't always have to express the kid side of me that way.

I have a thing for wearing cloth diapers that have childish patterns on them along with plastic pants that are also rather childish looking. It's not always enough to just have diapers and rubber pants on under my clothes and no one knows, even when I'm going potty in them. It just feels even better knowing my diapers have teddy bears, balloons, dolls, sailboats, toy cars and other cute designs on them.

I do have a mixture of boxer briefs. I do like my designer one, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Levis, Armani etc but I do like to mix them up with childish ones, little cars on, dogs, cartoon characters and so on. When you're at work it does feel somewhat dangerous to be in their with Danger Mouse and Penfold on your pants even though nobody's going to see it.

My daddy would have the thick white training underwear. Of course it wasn’t leak proof but did have that thickened center, so as a female you could tell there was a thickness between your legs. If you accidentally wet though it was very noticeable.

After some discussion from “the boss” I recently purchased some very childish trainers from Rearz. Super puffy and yet not super absorbent.

The combination makes them perfect for a toddler my size to have a very embarrassing “accident”. A wet front on my shorts will mean thick diapers as soon as it’s seen by my wife. UH OH!!

Have you tried rumba panties on him, over his diapers. My wife bought two for me, I love how they look, and makes me feel more girlish to wear them over my diapers.

He’s in a pair of rhumba panties over his nappy and plastic pants now.

I definitely enjoy this, although it can be difficult to find "character" panties from sites like Amazon, Target, etc., that aren't, well, in actual child sizes. For one of the ageplayers (18+) in my BDSM clinical practice, she has sourced super cute Disney- and Care Bears-themed custom-made panties from Etsy. That's one of the best sources that I've found for them.
