Man Boobs

As I have gotten older, with reduced testerone and likely all sorts of medication taken over the years, I have started to develop man boobs. Not big at all, but definitely noticeable in the mirror. My wife has not noticed any change, I don't believe. Instead of being horrified, I rather like them, and would like to make them a bit bigger, with more pronounced nipples. I have used the small suction toys with marginal results, and have tried the maternity breast pumps with little success. I really had a hard time getting them to work properly. Is this somethng that other older men have experienced, and were you successful in achieving the size you were looking for? Thanks to all you Zity readers!

I just pull and stretch my nipples and pull my boobs. I think my nipples have gotten longer after many years of work and my tits are more shapely. If nothing else it feels great.

Heart meds played a significant role in my boobs. An unfortunate vertical scar prompts me to dorn a bra for needed support, and to help alleviate the discomfort from the scar. 44b or so.

My boobs began developing when I was in my 40's and by the time I was in my 50's they were too big to go outside without a shirt. Sitting in a doctor's exam room without a shirt on was very embarrassing as there would be women assistants going about who would stare, noticing my boobs. My nipples were always hard, making this worse. Since I was shaving my chest back then, it made them stand out.

My doc put me on Estradiol for a while for cardiac reasons. The side effect of breast growth has been interesting. I no longer use the patches but my breasts remain a small A cup. I don't need a bra, but they are awesome to play with, and my girlfriend loves them.

At the gym guys who go on testosterone to improve performance can get “bitch tits”. Apparently Raising T-levels can result in increased estrogen levels as well.

I have purchased nipple suction devices that seem to work well in extending and sensitivity of just the nipples, but still cannot find a breast pump small enough to give me a little puffiness to go along with my nipples. All I have found on line were four inch diameter cups suitable more for may West.

I would to find a pump set with 2” cups somewhere. Any ideas? Thanks

I live alone now that my wife has passed . By alone I mean if you live down the street you need to pack a lunch for the trip to visit , I have found , here in my later years I hove gotten ,,,,,, shall we say larger,,,, breasts . Don't care for them myself . Am happy that my wife passed away before they "appeared" She would have driven me nut's trying to play with them .

My sub has boobs mostly from one of his medications. A side effect that the doctors do not acknowledge but other patients on the same meds do.

I would prefer he not get any bigger, a B cup. He occasionally gets to wear a bra, something he enjoys the feel of. It does not turn me on otherwise. But he enjoys so I find pleasure in his enjoyment.

I mentioned about my boobs down in post #4 here. Since then, I've let chest hair grow and because I'm super hairy, it hides my boobs so I don't feel self-conscious being seen at doctor visits. Combining that with my back hair, I now feel like a powerful silver-back gorilla! Perhaps some the female nurses might be attracted 🙄

It seemed strange last night seeing someone with a beard and his/her chest blurred out.

I had By-Pass in 1999 and about 10 years later the middle of my chest plate degenerated, basically the bone opened between the 3rd and 5th wire. This is quite uncomfortable doing certain movements. ( bone rubbing against bone ) So the only fix is to resaw my chest plate and use modern methods of supper gluing and wiring it. My sons bulked on that !! I was written a scrip for a compress wrap to prevent movement, this damn thing cost $150+ and my insurance company was giving me weak dick answers if they were paying. My Nurse Practitioner suggested sports bras for something like 3 for $10, that I tried but they hurt putting on and removing. 10+ years of Post By Pass Maintenance meds I had also sprout man boobs like most men do. I'm not going to over exaggerate and say I have quadruple Gs, and they are basically disguised with the extra weight I carry. I played around on eBay and I found some really nice 44AA of Chinese origin that do dual service, supporting my chest plate and nesting my man boobs. Here is the key, you can easily were a bra without it being evident or you can wear a "LOOK EVERYONE I HAVE A BRA ON !!!". My Golf and Range shooting friends know, but you would be surprised no one really gives a big damn but you HaHaHaHA

I have a case of man boobs, too. Developed from various prescription meds I’ve taken in the last decade. Got so big, I began wearing a bra (size 42D) several years ago. I’ve lost a lot of weight in the last few years, too, but I swear the boobs are bigger! They are VERY SENSITIVE when the nips are rubbed, too. Feels really nice in my hiney hole, too…especially when I have plugs or dildos deployed therein! So, bottom line…I LOVE MY BOOBS!
