Looking for an Old Story

I’m looking for help finding an old story I read years ago online somewhere. Maybe one of you wrote it or can help me find it.

It’s about a woman who comes back from a business trip severely constipated and eventually has a series of dilators used on her to remove an impacted mass. The procedure is videotaped and the videographer ends up helping her get home and they end up romantically involved at the end.

That‘s about all I remember of it, but I did remember really enjoying it and I’d like to read it again if anyone knows where I can find it.
