Why Do I Want To Wear Diapers?

I came across this question today whilst browsing the internet and it got me interested.

Obviously I couldn't vcomentbonnit as it was an old post on a website that I am not a member of.

However here's how I would have responded as honourestly as possible.

Personally I think it has something to do with the fact that I never really grew up and I easnt ready to be potty trained aged 6 years old.

Slso I think that its because diapers have the power of reminding me of a time in my life when everything was more simple and innocent and add to that the fact that I have always had a positive relationship with diapers and my psychological needs.

And when I am wearing them I somehow reconnect with my inner child, however it also has something to do with the fact that I genuinely need them as I am partially incontinent and have been so since 2010 through no fault or desire of my own.

Also I relax alot better when I am literally diapred just like a baby/toddler because thats essentially what I am although its hidden deep within my heart

Because I'm incontinent and prefer to wear diapers instead using a catheter. After ten years of incontinence I enjoy wearing diapers.

I didn’t want to wear diapers , diapers chose me ,when I became incontinent they became necessary for controlling what I couldn’t .

I made lemon aid out of lemons by becoming a DL.there is no fantasy of planning an accident or setting up Circumstances for one to possibly happen , i Use diapers period.

For me it's the humiliation. I have similar kinks and they all follow a trend of being both humiliating yet necessary.

It's a psychological release…there's no decision making, and no fighting it. You are powerless but to accept it, and therefore the stress just disappears.

Specifically, I suspect my mother leaving me behind when I was 2 played a part. Add in ADHD (increased prevalence of fetishism) and years of bedwetting all the way into adolescence (common with ADHD), which led to physical abuse at times, and it's not surprising. There's definitely a security element and they help me to relieve anxiety symptoms.

I vividly recall a time when I was only 6 years old and got up in the night to see what was inside an old nappy box in my wardrobe. I was upset when I discovered it contained old toys and spent hours crying myself to sleep.

I wear them as I have been in diapers most of my life. as a child I had many accidents. My parents kept me in diapers. As a adult I have adopted into a ab/dl. My wife has taken on the responsibilities of changing me and cleaning me up. she has not minded.

For myself, I don't have an answer to this question. I have on many occasions wondered why. All I know is I like it, it's relaxing, and I feel stress free. I have purged before, and regretted it and have gone right back to it. I feel that everyone has something they like, so why not live your life the way you want. Who cares what everyone else does or thinks. Life is short enough, live it the way you want!

But I do. My mother kept me in diapers because I kept wetting my bed at night. When I was around 13, the age when most boys begin to experiment with sex in one way or another, I started touching myself under my diapers after my mother had finished diapering me, tucked me in and kissed me goodnight. My urge to touch my pee-pee started when I first had pleasurable sensations when she was careful to wash and dry that area and powder me before pinning my diapers on. I wasn't sure why but it felt so good when she touched that part of me. The first time I ejaculated was in my diapers and for the next few years my only experience with sex and ejaculation was when wearing diapers, especially after I had gone potty in them, like in the morning when I woke up and my diapers were soaked. In my adult years I found myself pinning diapers on whenever I felt anxious or horny. Once I pinned them on, pulled up my rubber pants and wet myself I felt at secure, free of anxiety and started playing with myself. I've tried stopping many times with no success. It might takes a few months but I eventually return wearing, wetting and sexual fulfillment. i finally found a girl to support and participate in my needs so I njow wear full time and she changes me all the time.

From about age 8 I started to have a pee fetish, I wanted to wet my bed and pants and diapers never entered my mind. Then I guess when I was 12 I figured out that diapers could for fill my pee fetish, I could pee myself and no one would know. The why of it is like 1tallbabys answer, who knows the why of it. But the reason now is it is a little naughty, feels real good, is a turn on and years ago a sexual release.

For me, maybe a couple of reasons.

My mom was often away a lot on business trips as a buying consultant. That may have something to do with it.

Another reason is that I loved wearing them and how they felt. When I eventually did discuss this with my mom, she said that just about every time she changed me, I'd get a boner so there is that.

I am a diabetic with decreased retention. I don't leak constantly but often the protection is just to be sure

I’m 73, diabetic, and incontinence has slowly gotten worse over the years. I have been wearing pads and pull-ups as stop gap measures with much success. The downside of the pull-ups has been that I find myself a bit in between sizes. The large are a little tight but the xtra large are too loose where I don’t feel comfortable.

From my age, you can see that I was born in the early 50’s. I grew up a chronic bedwetter and mom finally started diapering me in thick cloth diapers and plastic panties. I hated them at first, but very quickly learned to accept them and what they provided, comfort, security and protection. I was wearing diapers every night (and some days) between the ages of 10/11 to about 16.

So this brings me back to the question at hand, Why do I want to be back in diapers? The simple answer is what I learned at age 10/11,, comfort, security and protection. Comfort provided by the softness, security provided by the thickness of them along with the plastic panties, and protection of keeping my bed and clothes dry. Knowing I can wet my diaper and know one knows.

I want to wear my nappies because I find it very relaxing and destressing. I also love the feel off a nice thick terry nappy covered by a pair of baby pants. Also the humiliation part of still having to wear nappies

Mistress is having me stretch my backside and she says I will lose tone and control afterwards and will need diapers.

I no this won’t be an issue but she says it will. When I confronted her. She said it was for humiliation also. After she said that I began to think more and more on it. Now I want it so bad. The bulk and the crinkle. Having to tell her I need to use bathroom and she get to choose if I go or use diaper.

Wow! Why? WHY?? I think I remember as a Baby some neighbor girls changing my diaper. Then, at a friend's house, his mom had a stack of diapers and plastic pants in the laundry room, and they smelled so good and felt so soft. Then, about 10 years later, I was babysitting my baby niece and changed her diaper, and I took a couple and fashioned them, pulling my underpants up MMmmm! They felt so nice, and I had to pee, so I wet my diaper at home! I tried diapers off and bought baby diapers as an adult who would wet in secret, and no one knew but ME! Was I broken? Why did I do this and keep it a Total SECRET, afraid to tell anyone? Was this wrong? Was this weird?

I even got a job that took me 7-8 hours to drive from my wife and kids. (The wife would come up and visit, and when I got 4-day weekends, I would go home.) Anyhow, the Internet happened, and guess what, I was not alone, there was a whole world of people like me wearing and wetting Diapers and Plastic Pants, and some of them, their spouses even helped them with their Diapers and Plastic Pants, whether Wet or Dry or changing or whatever. After a couple of years, my job ended, and I moved back home.

I played off and on in secret with diapers and plastic pants. Then I got very sick with a bug that was making everyone sick in the world, it was COVID-19. I was hospitalized for a month and a half, of which 21/2 weeks I was told I was dying, but I survived! I was in a private room where the nurses had to gown up to get in my room. I was allowed out of bed (I tried a couple of times, and they found me collapsed on the floor). So I was wetting my bed, and that little pad they had under did not hold pee, and it seemed I was going to drown. LOL!! The Overnight Nurse came into my room carrying a stack of disposable diapers. Oh my! After some discussion, she diapered this 60-something-year-old man! I have worn Diapers every day since then. I had to tell my wife that I was wearing diapers and have since had them shipped directly to the house, and I do not really hide them. Our at that time teenage Grandsons lived with us, so it was kept on the down low.

Mostly during the day, I wear a really good Pull-Up for Heavy Wetters, which can be used at night. For my nights, I use a Diaper for Heavy Wetters and have added a Booster Pad and my Plastic Panties. I have tried not to wear a diaper and have leaked, so it's better to wear a Diaper and not Wet my pants. It has been almost 6 years since I stopped wearing BIG BOY underpants and wear only a Pull-Up or, on Bad days, a Diaper and Plastic Pants and wet my diaper. I must wear either my Pull-Ups or Diapers and Plastic Panties 24/7 365. Oh, and I have added a Pacifier to help me sleep.
