Diapers for napp times

Recently I was wondering if, now that I have been wearing diapers more or less since 2010, due to my problems not going away or getting better that perhaps I should start wearing them for nap times too because I am a heavy sleeper and I don't want to risk wetting the bed.

And if this all seems famillar then yes I've asked similar questions before but never really grasped what it implied until now as I am virtually wearing them 24/7 or as much as practically possible.

Any advice would be very helpful and I would be greatful.

If you are waking up dry from naps then you can put a pad or waterproof sheet on the bed for protection. You can also wear a pull up for added protection. Before you take a nap visit the restroom. This should keep you and your bed dry.
