Spanking or enema...or BOTH?

Much of the literature and many of the porn sites dedicated to spanking also include enemas (often in conjunction with spanking) either as a kink or as punishment (or maybe there isn't any difference, eh?). Anyhow, the post elsewhere regarding babysitters, au pairs, etc administering spankings just got me wondering. Did any of them administer enemas…either in lieu of or in addition to spanking?

It's not always practical, but I think an enema should ALWAYS follow a spanking.
