I’m not a true MedFetter, though I don’t mind doing it occasionally when a partner wants an exam, etc. The closest I come is anal plugs and enemas. RT’s are mildly pleasant, but so minimally stimulating compared to an enema nozzle or DBC. I do, however, love being a Switch and used to have my exes be Domme and give me large, long held challenging enemas as her sub.
