Sandra / Henleys plastic pants with pads

Hi everyone….

has anyone worn these pads with disposable pads? These are the type you can wear the pants straight onto the skin, let the plastic mildly stick to it to create a seal, and let the pad inside to do the work! I am interested to know if anyone has worn them like they should wear them as they were designed - with a pad.
