What abdominal exam experiences and fantasies have you had?

Hmmm so I lately have been enjoying the idea of being the very dominant female doctor to a young woman and one fantasy I have is performing a thorough and hopefully embarrassing lower abdomen exam with both a cold stethoscope and palpation slowly and deeply to the top of her mons area.

Possibly the threat of findings that would require a rectal temperature taking, and definitely either fully undressed or with panties being lowered for femoral pulses, while the doctor asks questions about tummy issues that seem to keep coming back. This time we are going to have to see if we can address it once and for all.

Recently I had my fair share of abdominal exams and since I love to palpate the relaxed stomachs of my female patients, I was nervous to find myself lying on the exam table.

Sometimes I only lifted my shirt up, Sometimes my entire upper body was exposed. 1 of 4 abdominal exams was done by a male, which was the worst by far. The doctor started with deep palpation and finished with even deeper palpation.

The other three exams were done by female doctors. One had me lay down on the table bare chested. She then percussed my abdominal wall before she started to press into my abdomen - first lightly, then slowly deeper.

She either looked down on my stomach which moved under her pressing hands or directly in my face to check for discomfort.

The other two exams were great, too. The doctors used light palpation, then deep palpation order and asked if it hurts here or there everytime they pressed deeper into my relaxed, soft stomach.

I remember one experience vividly, although I do not remember exactly what age I was. I was at my pediatrician for a physical and was laying flat on the table in my white briefs. The doctor began to "massage" my abdomen for what seemed like minutes, but was probably 10-15 seconds at most. He then did some very deep palpation and pressed very hard into my bellybutton. That is the only exam I remember where that happened, do not remember it fondly, and would not want it to happen again.

@cal1082 I have fantasies of being a patient receiving an exam just like that from a stern doctor. A long abdominal exam that leads into a detailed rectal exam, suppositories, enemas, etc. I would protest but the doctor would insist that she wouldn’t let me go until the treatment was done. Then I’d be ordered to return in a month or two to make sure it worked.
