It does not matter the mood I am to take an enema. If I want one and have the opportunity, I will take one without analyzing my mood. Maybe a better question would be to ask what mood one is in after an enema. My answer would be great...super...relaxed..happy, fulfilled,etc

The "after-effect" of an enema is that I usually feel calmer and more relaxed. If I'd been sick, an enema will often help me rest and even sleep.

A sure-fire way to get an enema from mom, grandma, or our teenage aunts was to be “out of sorts” as they called it. With mom it was more likely to happened on a rainy day for whatever reason. Maybe it was because we had to play inside rather than outside, I don’t know.
