Road Trips.

I just completed a little road trip from Santa Clarita California to Champion Alberta Canada. Four days of snacks, fuel fillups, and nice hotel rooms. I love the drive north back to my home with only one exception gas station restrooms. On this trip, we solved the problem by wearing diapers for the driving parts of our trek. We had a laugh while driving about the number of miles we get to the diaper. Two of us were full-time in diapers for the whole trip 22 diapers and 2 packages of wipes. On average we were changing each other about every 3 hundred miles. My companion was a little more daring than I was and it led us to some silly wagers that added a lot of fun. At one stop my cohort filled my old Benz wearing a diaper and onesie. Dam if no one even noticed her, although it was 2 AM in the night.

Sounds like you spent quite a long time on I-5. I can usually average 80mph on I-5 for most of trip from SoCal. Have to say I'm not impressed with one diaper change every 4 hours or so. I've often driven from N.Cal to LA, around 350 miles and still have another several hours before I need a diaper change. Now, I'm always wearing cloth prefolds under my rubber pants, so maybe that helps. But you are right about being able to stop and gas up at 3am and not worry about someone noticing my diapers and rubber pants as I fill my tank. You are completely right about the cleanliness of the restrooms along the route. When I have needed to change my diapers along the way, there is usually plenty of parking available for my wife to change my soggy, sometimes messy diapers in the backseat. Plenty of time for a quicky too, maybe a hand job as she wipes my pee-pee and makes it nice a clean before she powders me. After that, I'm good for a few more hours on the road.

There is quite a thrill having a backseat diaper change performed on you. The sort of thrill, that location and time of day, could add so much more. I can hear the pleas for help. No, please not here? Please no, all those people can see? Your Caregiver answers back, behave or you will walk home. Only the sound of diaper tapes could be heard.
