I continue to be amazed at some on the stories here. And you wonder why?

Years ago I asked a man to give me a very plain warm water enema, nothing more, nothing less. He only did what I asked for, 20 years late he continues to do the same.

While it might not be kinky enough for some of you, on the other hand you should be so lucky.

Just curious, so what exactly are you amazed by? Stories about enormous volumes? Difficult or painful solutions? Other over the top or disingenuous things done by partners, enemates or Dom(me)s? Oh, and BTW, I used to be almost as lucky as you with my 2nd ex-wife but no one since our divorce. You are indeed most satisfyingly lucky!

I too am amazed by some of the stories on Zity, and I wonder why would somebody make that up or embellish it to the extent of being unbelievable and expect me to believe it??? Don't get me wrong, the stories are enticing, but call a fantasy a fantasy! I prefer the realistic, real-life experiences like @Tillie describes. Don't have to be off the wall to be sensual and loving and hot!

I see some of the stories on Zity.biz as ways members can embellish their lives, their adventures. They want to make themselves better than they actual are. It also makes "boring” sexcapades better for getting some off. To make things hotter members add to their stories.

Seems to me Zity is a place for normal events as well as kinky and beyond. It's a place to explore fantasy, things you would never do in real life and just remain in the realm of fantasy. This is the one place those fantasies see the light of day no matter how bizarre they me be. Things that go beyond the physical limits of any person. Sometimes it is from these extreme fanatasies that practical ideas are born.

And speaking for myself after reading many stories, fantasies, wants, wishes and some with AMAZING composition and reality, l have asked myself this very same question.

I have read some that straight blew my BS alarm off the wall!!!! Some that would and should land them in jail. Some should be addressed before they see a jail so as to not be a burden on the judicial system.

To be honest, l believe anything and everything goes on out there, things we can imagine and things we can't imagine,…. just because we haven't experienced them or we might not want to experience them or even want to believe some of these things are actually happening, does not mean they aren't. l have learned that things l wouldn't have believed a few years ago are real.

Am a true “vanilla" when it comes to enemas….H2O and that's it (well, maybe an “ass” of wine now and then)…no salt, no baking soda (powder?), no whatever….that's it. Well sexuality has many facets and as you can see here there are lots of us that include enemas as part of our sexual satisfaction. Sexuality can be expressed in infinite ways and that's why you see such a wide variety of stories (not all but most I think are factual) regarding enemas. And if you explore the zity site, the diversity of activities that people get off on is quite large.

Humans are very creative beings, so I am never surprised by what people come up with to satisfy their sexual desires- amused but not surprised.

I can understand the point that some of the enema stories seem so far out there. Though as was mentioned some just like to post things for fun, making it seem like they had it because they really want it to happen so writing about it (their fantasy) makes it seem like something that happened or could happen. I do not think it's really a bad thing if you read it just like that a fantasy. Some may really explore crazy things, so in some cases, it could be real, someone trying a high-volume enema. Good for them if they actually did, or if it was a fantasy. They got to express their feelings and some who cared to read it did, and others who didn't or read it and laughed, well that's their prerogative.

Having been in an ABDL community, there were lots of funny things being said, where you often questioned the realism, I mean it's a whole different ball game; however, you learn rather quickly to just read it as words on the screen and nothing more. If you feel like going along with it, doesn't hurt, if you want to be all offended by words on a screen then make a big deal about it. The reality is you can't control what other people post or feel. ( to a degree)

I have to agree with Tillie. There are times when I see a story that really sets off the alarms as being too enhanced to be true. Those where the author talks about injecting 8-9 quarts of enema solution in a single session or some such unbelievable amount of water; sticking a grapefruit up their butt or even a weird meet up with a stark stranger that immediately turns into an enema orgy.

But the real value of Zity, at least to me, is affirmation. That I'm not alone enjoying enemas and all that comes with it. In reading the stories that populate these pages, I take what I need and leave the rest.

And sometimes I simply marvel at the creativity!

Some of the stories here are obviously fiction I see little point in giving anyone 5 quart plus enemas or enemas with large amounts of glycerin or other stuff.

Pretty much anybody that is remotely normal will poo very strongly with a 2 quart enema, perhaps with an ounce or two of soap or glycerine. If you want strong cramping, just retain somewhat longer.

The key importance to note in this is as mentioned playing safe, not to read something insane and try it yourself or have someone convince you to try something stupid. Debgurl makes a great point. Finding that others enjoy enemas eliminated some of those feelings of guilt, shame, or a sense that we may be alone in our kinks, perversions, or deviances. That affirmation went a long way for me many years ago, and allowed for some wonderful sensations with that simple procedure that was, in fact, very common in my younger days.

My attendance at EFEST several times in Las Vegas, also affirmed that most others were otherwise pretty normal, and often professional, individuals who shared this unusual or unique pleasure.

One thing I realized was that many had their own particular preferences relative to equipment, volumes, solutions, and even scenarios that enhanced the ultimate Happy Ending. Many of those personal preferences are reflected in the stories and posts, although some are way beyond my own concept of that simple pleasure and procedure.

Yes, especially when it comes to accounts where a guy talks about his female partner aggressively doing something kinky to him initiated by the gal without being prompted to do so.

There are a lot of recipes that have been tried here like the vaunted “Rough Rider” enema that have made their way into folklore. The fact is that the colon can be pretty cranky and all the exotic enemas can be rejected like the pea soup scene in “The Exorcist” where she projectile vomits it. I'm sure some of this has been tried but the fact is that plain water with maybe a dash of soap is good enough for most folks!
