Old Style Double Balloon Enema Nozzle

Does anyone still make the old style B*** double balloon enema nozzle? If so where can I buy one or two. Do they still sell them in Europe? China?

The fluted silicone ones don't do it for me…

Your out of luck. The three sizes were 250/250, 500/250, an 750/250. No one makes the 500/250 anymore, that I’m aware of. The 750/250 that’s available in the United States is poor quality and manufacture location is unknown. The quality of the 250/250 is real good, however it comes from Germany.

You can get the latex 250/250 from Germany, if you can deal with a German language web site.

We got ours in a rubber goods store in Germany a couple of years ago. I think they were about 50 euro or so. A real must if you want to have sex while taking an enema to avoid a big mess during climax. The source mentioned will ship to US.

1) I’ve been to that German MedTech quite a few times looking for a replacement for my old defunct/ruptured American Rusch latex DBCs. Was about to order until I couldn’t afford to (due to my finances, not their prices). They’re very happy to answer your questions by email sent in English. They have 2 models of DBC so look at both. I’ve had several of the 2-inflator type (one inflator bulb for each balloon). Their prices are quite good compared to what you‘d pay in the US based on my latest DBC. Their shipping’s a bit steep, but even so, better overall price than I saw anywhere else.

2) going the German MedTech site using Google Chrome browser is easy and the translations it gives are always readable and usually perfect. It works fine on my iPad 8 or iMac.

Medtech 3000 has been my source for my latex DBC. Shipping is almost as much as the item so consider buying two if you will need the other in the future. They offer a combo pack of the two types. You need lots of patience to go through the many screens which need to be translated to give the right answers. They were kind enough to send me a link for the one I was looking for. Good luck.

@eeetime - I got the set @BDRElover mentioned in post #5. I’ve had mine for a little over three years and use it every couple of months. After over three years use, it’s still like new.

I have the Cleanstream double balloon nozzle, it's expandable inner balloon does it for me. What is it that you don't like?

I grew up in the mid 1940s/ 1950s and never heard of a double balloon nozzle or anything of that kind,our moms held the enema nozzles into our rectums even the douche nozzles,with the exception of the higginson syringe (that I hated and refused to cooperate with) when did these balloon nozzles appear? I’m quite sure that if I had to poo and one was used on me that I would have launched it into outer space!

@eeetime, I bought the double balloon single pump one last year to replace the one I had bought several years ago and just bought the double balloon double pump one this year to replace one that just failed. They last several years providing you take care of them and be careful what solutions you use. I think my use of glycerin by itself or in combination with Epsom salt did my recent one in and perhaps my first one too. The rubber would get al gummy particularly the tip. Its best to wash them after use and let them air dry hung with the hose end down so the water can drain out. Next time I'll buy both at the same time, even if only one fails, since they failed just about at the same point.

@eeetime I have purchased from Medtech 3000 for about 15 years, the 250/250 latex double balloon nozzle is exactly like the ones that were used by some hospitals when administering barium enemas. Properly cared for, it will last for years, but it is latex, so oils, petroleum jelly, etc. will destroy it quickly. In my experience, the distal balloon is the one that develops holes or splits open. I limit the number of pumps to 6, overinflating will bring an early death. It is better if you can hang it up vs. coiled up in a drawer.

I just ordered both of these within the past 3 weeks and have put them to use already.

@luv3h That single fluted balloon retention nozzle looks like the one I have from the 1980's. I use a rubber stopper behind the back end (outside end) of mine to effect the action of a double balloon nozzle. There was info on how to do this many years ago in a nurse's manual - whereby a large rubber baby bottle nipple was used.

I doubt that either glycerin or Epsom Salt would damage either a latex or a silicone catheter. Might you have used a non-water-based lubricant, even once? Grease kills rubber.

I’ve used latex fluted double balloon catheters for many years, and they feel wonderful even before the enema starts and effectively hold back up to 4-5 quarts for me very reliably, though I need to be careful about inflating them enough. I am however curious as to whether anyone with DBC experience has ever used an inflatable butt plug for retention if it worked well for you. As of now, I only have one latex WBC with the outer balloon ruptured, and using the single internal balloon doesn’t work very well for retention for me. If you have inflatable plug experience as an effective retention tool, can you specify exactly which plug you’ve used? Thanks,

Just ordered my double balloon nozzle from medtech3000. Excitedly awaiting it's arrival. I use to have a single balloon nozzle that gave out a few years ago. Can anyone give me an idea of what the shipping time will be on this order? Really looking forward to putting it to use.

Oh so true - the feeling of it is most exciting! Seeing the full bag with soap suds dripping over the sides and knowing I'm blocked and will have to take it all… wow!

I have both fluted and no fluted ones .My preference is the non fluted one. The balloons are closer together and I find it provides a better seal. The only drawback is it has a hard tip so you need to make sure you have a somewhat clear rectum before inserting it to seat properly.

@420sseforme - in other thread discussing items from medtech, it was revealed to take approx 3 weeks to arrive on East Coast, U.S.A from Germany. I can tell you, I just received notification late 12/10 from USPS that my shipment hit NYC and is currently in Customs. (That's 2 weeks from order date by the way.) When it actually arrives on my doorstep I will let all here know.

EDIT: Package is supposed to arrive in mailbox today. That will be 22 days from date of online order to "in my hands” (wink wink wink.)

I bought a latex double balloon from Medtech some months back. Took about 8 to 10 weeks to receive it. It's almost like the one I had 35 years ago. I enjoy it as much now as I did then...

I finally couldn’t stand not having a latex DBC for many months now after my Rusch DBC (2 balloons, 1 black rubber inflator per balloon) ruptured the outer balloon. One balloon just doesn't give me good reliable retention. I can have a decent successful enema occasionally like I did today, 3 quarts with a 2.5” Delrin nozzle which gives me at least a slight bit of retention help. The DBC is much more comfortable and enjoyable.

My others had been ordered either from Beth Tyler or recently an American Veterinary supply firm. I thought I’d present this new current order just to provide some current ordering experience for them. Two latex DBCs including two inflators were €114.90 plus a stunning €35.00 shipping fee to the US. That’s not overnight or 2-day or 3-day, it’s just outrageous. The internal shipping inside Germany would have been < €6.00. Euros converted at about x1.12 according to my Currency Converter app, but PayPal charged at x1.17, so my card was charged $175.54.

They ship from Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen north of Karlsruhe, between Stuttgart and Mannheim. It’s shipped by German Postal Service and DHL then to USPS here. In 2 days it‘s reached Frankfurt so far.

They offered 2-5 day delivery in Germany.

Also, International delivery times are as follows:

Europe: 5-14 business days

Rest of the world: 10-28 business days.

All of their correspondence was in German except the owner‘s comments to me in English. The website pages were translated automatically by Google Chrome, and the E-Mails perfectly by the Apple Mail Translate function on my iPad 8 in iPadOS 15.3.

I put a note in the order to ship as fast as possible, but likely many people do that. I’ll post again when it arrives. The owner, Mr. Peter, sent me a Thank You E-Mail, and smiled 😊 when I honestly told him I wish I’d studied German in grad school instead of French.

Wow, interesting. It's been a while since I ordered from MedTech, but I recall the equipment arriving pretty quickly. Unfortunate that it's gotten so slow. I order a fair number of things from Europe (for a variety of activities) and always ask if they can ship via any method that doesn't include USPS who had gotten pretty bad with parcels even before DeJoy's tenure and their “tracking” has long been a total joke. In any case, I agree that $35 for essentially regular shipping is extortionate.

I have one of these. The balloons are too far apart so for me anyway its no better than having a single balloon. To get it to feel right I have to way over-inflate it.

I’ve been looking for one or two of these to replace an excellent one I’d bought in 2015-16 from an American veterinary supply firm located at www.vetmed.co, now apparently out of business. I will hopefully not regret this for the reason you mention. All my prior 4-5 latex DBCatheters were the same Rusch #264530 from two different suppliers in the US, and felt and worked beautifully to comfortably hold back even a 4 (many) or 5 (one time) quart enema inside me. Now that I’ve ordered these two from MedTech3000.de as my only known current supplier, I re-read their webpages and cannot find the manufacturer (which I assumed was Rusch) now. Also, after seeing your post I quoted above, the photos of this catheter on MedTech3000.de actually look as if you’re right, and the catheter length or gap between the two balloons may be wider than my prior bona fide Rusch #264530 models. I used the Rusch catheters‘ Inner and Outer balloons inflated to anywhere from 4-6 to 10-12 bulb pumps each and they worked extremely well while also feeling very comfortable and erotic. Whether my inflation practice caused premature balloon ruptures isn’t yet clear. I’ll just have to wait and see when they arrive Heaven only knows when.

Since your post, I’ve started searching on Google more directly for my original models by searching terms like Rusch #264530 and have now sent a couple of emails out to firms who may sell the original Rusch model that definitely worked for me. I’ll report any progress. Thanks very much for your post in this thread at #28.
