Best kind of diapers for enemas

I'm curious if anyone knows of any brands that are better to use for enemas or ways to make a diaper better to not leak from an enema.

I use Tena 24/7 and they can hold a fleet pretty well

I would say any of the higher quality and capacity with plastic backing diapers is your best way to go. Examples would be Northshore Premium or Magamax, Abena 4s, Dry 24/7, etc. However I'm not sure there is a diaper that won't leak with larger volume enemas. Good luck.

Most any good adult diaper will retain the results from a Fleet or other small volume enemas but if you intend to walk around after the enema works incontinent pants over the diaper is a wise idea.

OTOH, if you're looking for a diaper that will fully absorb a full dose, adult large volume enema of 1500ml or more, pretty much forget it. While some diapers claim they can absorb that much liquid, that's pee and and comes out in a small stream over a minute or more and that flow is absorbed and sometimes turned to gel.

When a full bag enema works, you often expel a liter or more of water and poo within a very few seconds. AFAIK, no diaper can absorb that much, that fast. It will easily overflow the diaper and hopefully be contained by the incontinent panties and, if you are lucky, the diaper will re-absorb expelled enema solution sloshing around in the panties, but don't bet on it.

If you want to play with being forced to poo into a diaper, try a combination of laxatives as I've written before, or a small volume glycerin enema, given up high with a colon tube. Either of those will give you strong cramps and an uncontrollable, diaper-filling poo.

I just bought Abena M4’s and they rate them at 3600 ml or about 3.5 liters….big capacity. The L4 was 4000+ml.

problem however is first enema has too much solids in the fluid, which coats the liner, hurting absorption. A cover panty is needed 😃.

however, your rinse enema should be a winner, if you can keep it up due to the weight….maybe suspenders are now needed.

My favorite is a cloth contour diaper and 2 booster pads with plastic or rubber panties. I’ve compared this combination to the Megamax disposable and plastic pants and the contour diaper holds more liquid than the disposable. The bulk of the contour diaper feels great and the plastic panties help minimize leaks. While my comparison is not scientific, actual use validates my suspicion.

Mega max diaper or anything from tykables will usually handle at least a 2 quart enema

Experimenting, i noticed if you reverse the diaper, positioning the urine catching area to the rear…you get a better loading of the diaper. Still…..best using a diaper with your rinse enema…but helps too, with the first solids expulsion.

I wonder if plastic diaper, maybe with a tank or something, would be nice? I never try them, just an idea.

Trests are the best bar none, can take a 3qt no problem.

Abana L4 and cover with latex pants bloomers work good. Latex and not with exposed elastic just plain latex. The leg should fit tight. As that is where if any thing gets out of the diaper will pool. If the fit is right will just start to fill up. Nothing like having your crotch drowning in liquid and solid mix. Walking with a slosh in your step. Good luck.

Kinky diapers has latex diapers that all though just latex hold a fairly large amount of liquid. With a diaper under hold even more.
