I have a CB-6000 and locking plastic pants from fetware. Somehow I always end up still having an orgasm even with the CB-6000, thick Abena X-Plus diapers with 2 Maxi booster pads, and plastic pants locked on. The CB-6000 can be a bit painful at times if you get hair caught in it so I recommend to shave or at least trim down there before you attempt it. It's a really interesting feeling having your penis locked up and being locked into a diaper as well.

I've always wondered about using a cage with diapers as it is incredibly hard to use them when your standing at attention, the only problem i have is that as soon as i think about using it would be too late to put one on anyway -.- and i dont have someone who can do it for me while im asleep or something, any suggestions?

I also have the problem with becoming erect to quickly to put a device on. It helps to use ice to calm it down or try thinking about something ells that doesn't have to do with it like baseball. When I have this problem I usually just leave the CB6000 ready and waiting and turn on the TV and watch ESPN or something that doesn't get me aroused and then when my penis looses it's erection I quickly lock the CB on. If you are using a CB like the CB6000 with the ring that goes around the penis and balls then remember if you put a tight ring on you will automatically start to get an erection so be prepared to quickly put the plastic part over your penis and lock it in before the erection gets to large. It takes some practice but after a while you will get use to putting it on but you will probably always have to "sneak up on it".

This works for me as a way to calm my "friend" down but if i am getting too erect when i don't want too(like in school), i think of myself sucking dick, since it turns me off very fast, and within seconds i can feel my "friend" become less erect. Only problem is as soon as i think of anything related to diapers or bondage it becomes erect again. Just a thought. Think of something that turns you off and make sure you think of it really "hard" (pun intended).

A good chastity device and diaper do go well together. The “pointing down” makes the diaper work better, less chance of poking out the top and making a leak or something. Plus if you're of the opinion that subs in diapers don't get control of orgasms either, this makes it easier.

My wife moved me from a chastity device to diapers a while back, and based on our experience, diapers work much better than chastity devices (though I'm sure a combo would be even more secure). That said, I suspect skin irritation and hygiene would be a real issue, so if you are actually using diapers while wearing a chastity device, you may need to regularly remove it for cleaning purposes (like daily). Diapers themselves, especially the thicker high capacity diapers, are surprisingly good at preventing any stimulation from getting through. Also, I find the interior - while soft - is especially good at chafing skin so rubbing can cause a sore spot or a rash. About the only thing I could use for pleasure would be a high powered vibrator like a magic wand (which my wife controls access to). Plus, higher capacity diapers require fewer changes (2, sometimes 3 a day for me), which means fewer opportunities to cheat the system.

If you're serious about incorporating diapers as a part of a chastity routine, I'd 100% recommend a locking diaper cover from Strait Jacket Shop on Etsy. This helps during times where your Dom/Domme are out of the house and you might be tempted to shower and change into normal clothes. This would help your SO keep you on the right path, with or without a device.

Also, my wife's favorite aspect of diapers - you don't have to be let out to receive an orgasm. Only having diapered orgasms on the menu gets really, really frustrating after a while.

We have two locking diaper covers from an Etsy store (strait jacket shop) that can effectively serve as a full chastity belts. It's way more secure than a cage device, and probably even more than a full chastity belt. The downside is that leaks will stain a locking diaper cover, so you need another cover inside of the locking one so that it never gets dirty. Getting everything set up costs money and takes effort, but once you have everything you need and figure out the tricks, it can actually be a simple way to do 24/7 chastity.

I have to laugh at most locking diaper covers. While they might work on ladies and then only to force a potty accident, most wont work on a guy at all. Without closures that lock around the leg openings there's no problem in working a hand in under the cover and diaper. Or working your little guy out for some fun or peepee break. Also, the pants would have to made of something far more substantial that thin PVC. ant adult could easily tear a pair of pvc pant apart. A chastity pant would have to be made out of something like very heavy canvas, with strong belting around all the openings.

Now that could be fun....

I think that having truly inescapable chastity is only possible with a prince albert piercing (unless you want to rip a hole through your penis). As I've looked into it, the only device that people have said truly prevents them from cumming even with a vibrator is one of the penis caps secured by a prince albert. Otherwise it's mostly a reminder and a mental game more than a physical one.
