Bringing in a third party patient.

So my girlfriend and I have had lots of fun with role plays and exams. But I've been wanting to spice things up by possibly bring in a third party female as either a patient or maybe even a nurse.

My girlfriend is on board to a point, but we have to find a non mutual friend or basically a complete stranger to fill the role.

Any advice on where to look or how to go about it? Other then on here, of course.
