I came across this rather emotive subject online recently thid year and I thought I would awnser it as best that I could, given I am an incontient adult who is in his 40's.
And my honourest awnser is Yes and No, I know that sounds somewhat conterdictary but it's the truth.
Yes when I wear them my body relaxes more and this sometimes makes me pee more as it says it's okay because my body regresses to the way it was when I was a child.
However since I have to wear diapers/nappies from time to time due to the intimittent problem I have with incontinence I haven't really noticed them making me more incontinent.
Yes there are times when I have had to rush off and buy a pack of adult sized disposable diapers from the disability/mobility specialist shop,
And this is usually before my body says I can't hold it anymore but I wouldn't say I am 100% diaper/nappy dependent,
However that's not to say that I am slowly becoming that way again and it wouldn't supprize me in anyway if in let's say 30-40 years from now that I have fully reverted back to becoming a baby/toddler,
In at least in the way my body functions due to my disabilities or medical-condition however I will cross that bridge when I get to it as there will be no turning back, see my previous replies for more information.
On the subject of wearing them yes I do pee in them but this is because when I put them on its usually because I need them at the time of putting one on and if that makes me like an infant again then so be it.
However I do think psycollogically my mind says to the body says okay your Inna diaper/nappy let's go back to being a baby/toddler.
Yes I do prefer to be in them because of accidents that can happen at any time and I do like the feel of being in them again, however that's a subject for another day.
