Does anyone besides me enjoy seeing bellies so full after a good enema, that they/we look like we are 6 months pregnant?

I used to have a double balloon (frigging broke) that my ex and I used often during enema play. During one session and after 2+ quarts, I told my ex that I was stuck, where she clamped off the hose and ran off to refill the bag. I must have taken another quart or two before I really needed to go. Yes, great fun to feel the weight and volume and hold it. My ex and I usually gave our enemas to each other as a D/s couple, most often with me as sub. Requiring the sub to struggle up and stand in front of the bathroom mirror, display their distention and embarrassment until allowed to waddle to the commode, was icing on the enema cake. We really loved it. As often as possible.

On those occasions when I have seen my wife holding nearly 2 quarts of enema, she hardly looks 6 months pregnant, but I would say closer to 3. So who gave you that > 6 quart enema held in with the DBC? Was the 20 minute enema hold your longest for that large volume? Now you’ve mentioned in earlier posts that you’ve taken 4, 5, and 6 quart enemas before with various retention times. This posting says your balloon catheter enema was 6.5 quarts. Is this the biggest enema you ever had? I really do love the pressure and distention of large enemas, but my record is far more modest at 5 quarts, which I did really enjoy, but I‘ll stick to 4-4.5 quarts from now on.

I enjoy that D/s interaction as well, but only from a trusted woman Domme ex-GF or ex-wife. I can take 6 quarts with no problems at all. However, it does make me look very much like a pregnant male. The one that was 6.5 quarts was given to me by not just 1 female Dom, but a group of 3 female Doms.

Just for the record, I have had more than 6 quarts put in me before, but I did not want that much. It was given to me by a male Dom. He begged me to allow him to tie me down for an enema. He promised me it would not be that bad for me. However, he did lie to me. At first he gave me just 6 quarts. When the 6 quarts were inside of me, he said that unless I wanted a whipping on the back of my legs, he would put another 2 quarts inside of me. I never had that much in me before and was very afraid to say yes to it. However, I did not want the whipping on the back of my legs. I had no other choice and agreed to the additional 2 quarts for a total of 8 quarts. This was the first enema I ever had that forced me to throw up. That was at about 7 quarts. But, he did not punish me anymore for this. As soon as the eight quarts were all drained into me and I stopped throwing up, he untied me and led me to the toilet to sit down and take the nozzle out and use the toilet. It took quite a while to get all of that out and YES it did not feel very good inside of me. The good thing about it is that it did not do any damage to my body. Even my legs did not have any large welts on them. The welts went away in about five minutes.

I've been subjected to “throw up” enemas after my Dom put me on their regime while traveling with them out of town, and been subject to daily liquid only diets and full enemas for several days prior to this.

A huge enema (4+ quarts) after being fully clean and their using a DBB, causes the “pyloric valve” to back flow and allows your stomach to expel the water through your mouth, and to throw up. When this was done, it absolutely drained me on both ends, but they took care of me after this.

I slept like a baby overnight and was subdued on the plane ride home.

Thanks. That brief description is very well written, probably better prose than my own. It’s almost a perfect description of the end of one of my enemas, from struggling to get my distended and weighted-down enema belly up off the bath mat and over to the commode. For me, being sub in one of our D/s enema scenes with a trusted Domme GF, wife or lover controlling my bag and hose makes an already delightfully sensual enema even more memorable. Thanks for your long detailed reply. IRL, I’ve only had D/s enemas either solo with a Domme fantasy, or with a single wife or GF Domme giving it to me. If my trusted Domme and I were allowed to pick the others for compatibility and confidentiality, I’ve definitely dreamed of up to 4-5 other “guest Dommes” forcing enemas into me. Sometime, tell us your story of being so fortunate and having 3 Dommes over you at once.

As far as your other “evil Dom” story, of course I know nothing of him or your relationship, but being forced into a choice of an extreme, possibly painful and/or damaging vomit-inducing enema vs being whipped, sounds like the beginning of a legal Complaint of an Assault charge than anything positive, fun, or erotic. As much as I enjoy taking submissive enemas, if I’d ever been made to vomit during an enema, that would be the end of that night, and that Dom.

I do not want to experience an enema like that one eve again. Fortunately, it did not do any damage to me. However, it did hurt like HELL and I do not want to go through that pain ever again.

When I am with other males, I do like them to force repeated enemas on me that are quite large and really make me full. Then when I have been well cleaned out, I like the to take me anally by force. I do require that they use condoms – no bareback allowed.

When I am with females, I also like them for force repeated enemas on me just as when I am with males. As for sex, I will allow them to make me have protected vaginal sex with them. But it must also be with a condom.

A little off-topic but mentioned several times in this thread: Regarding taking an enema til vomiting, I have a west-indian doc friend and his wife that I still see once or twice a year in Boston. They take a large volume enema after a series until vomiting is induced - he has a name for it that escapes me at the moment. I have joined in this ritual a few times but frankly I don't find it comfortable or a turn-on in any way. For some unknown reason I'll still participate once a year or so just because I can. When I go north of 5 qts I can feel the water creeping higher - after years of taking 4qt enemas I've learned to relax in such a way as to let the water flow in very high. One of the things they do is practice continued burping and abdominal massage which apparently helps your system flow backwards. Oddly I don't get all that bloated as some here report. After regurgitation of a qt or more (almost completely clear by-the-way), it takes several hours to fully recover. I in no way recommend anyone doing this practice. Bloating - when my partner Barb manages a 4qt enema she looks easily 7 months pregnant.

Good advice from BigJane in #18 below about enema vomiting (i.e., not recommended). I’ve taken 2, then 2.5-3, then up to 4 quarts over 50 years of enjoyable enemas, alone and with various exes who enjoyed practicing my kinks with me. I gave myself 5 quarts just one single time almost by accident, which I really enjoyed, but won’t do that much again since 4 q are so enjoyable. I also used to take colonics occasionally from a therapist with a closed system which I also really enjoyed. In all those fillings, even at 5 q, I never vomited nor had the faintest whiff of nausea, saints be praised.

Just as an FYI, in addition to the serious discomfort of vomiting, abdominal pain and risk of GI tract damage including bleeding, enemas large enough to induce vomiting, reportedly 6+ and up to 8 quarts by members here, also have another serious risk. With any cause of vomiting, or emesis, there is a nonzero risk of the GI contents dripping or being inhaled back into the lungs as it passes above the larynx. Normally this risk is minimal approaching zero in an otherwise healthy patient. However if other factors are present, especially loss or diminution of gag reflex, unconsciousness and others, enough GI contents, frequently very acidic from stomach acid, can be aspirated into your lungs and cause serious damage or eventual death (“Aspiration pneumonia,“ et.al.).

If you’re now referring to vomiting from a huge 6+ to 8 quart enema, its not unlikely you’re having abdominal pain as well as internal chest/diaphragm compression from your distended belly making breathing and coughing less effective. In addition, you’re probably lying in a supine or non-upright position during the enema. None of this bodes well for your lungs. Now I’ve taken up to 5 q enemas for sensual and sexual pleasure for many, many years, partly because I’ve always loved the pressure sensations and visual belly distention. However, vomitIng under those conditions can be not only extremely uncomfortable but especially hazardous, so caveat emptor. Watch your volumes and play safely, especially when you have someone else acting dominant giving you the enema.

I really enjoy this as well, whether seeing it on myself or others. I've always been into the look of significant distension from a large volume enema, which I take regularly and give my belly a very pronounced full and rounded look. Given I usually take around 3 to 3.5 quarts for my enemas and sometimes 4, I don't tend to hold it for very long and I usually make sure to check out my belly first in the bathroom mirror. I have a smaller frame at 5'5 and on the slimmer side, so that much water really pushes my lower abdomen out, even all the way up to under my sternum. I know pregnancy sizes can vary so much between women, but with a gallon held inside and pushing my belly out it does look a bit like being 4 or 5 months along, and I admit I do like to pose a bit and check out my much rounder shape in the mirror before I'm done. It's a really tight and erotic feeling inside to be that full and heavy and I've sometimes used an inflatable plug to help holding it in for 15-20 minutes while enjoying feeling my belly, my all-time record is 4.5 quarts held with a plug for about an hour after filling myself very slowly and gradually. I've really liked comparing how different people's distension looks after large volume enemas, there's a variety of shapes and sizes, and my belly seems to look on the bigger side.

For several years now after joining Zity in 2015, my most common enema is 4 quarts water or saline or Castile soap, held for 15-60 minutes, or less time if the enema has made me so aroused that I stopped the hold right after having an orgasm. 4 q is extremely pleasant and comfortable with no pain or complications, and I often fall asleep holding it. The one single time I gave myself 5 quarts semi-accidentally was about the same, but with a bit more pressure and distention, which I enjoyed.

At any volume from about 2.5-3 quarts on up, my belly is noticeably distended, even more with higher volumes, which I enjoy watching in the mirror or showing to my partner who gave it to me.

Also, at any volume over 2.5-3 quarts, I can easily feel the water having made it all the way around to my RLQ and cecum. At that point I usually enjoy a bit of massage to both feel and listen to the water sloshing around in my RLQ, presumably cecum. I’ve read a few accounts here of people at this same point in their enema experiencing some unusual RLQ internal sensation that tells them the water is now flowing further backward into their small bowel or ileum. For me, even with 5 quarts, this has never happened that I’m aware of, even knowing my cecum is full, so I personally can’t tell if any enema crossed into my small intestine. I have no reason to disbelieve anyone’s particular claim, but it’s not happened to me. As a retired doctor, I’ve seen a few X-rays of Ba enemas in which you can clearly see just a bit of the Barium refluxing past the nominally one-way ileocecal valve into the far-distal ileum. I’ve never had the slightest interest in aiming for this to happen during my enemas, but I can’t definitively prove that a bit of my 4-5 quart enema volume hasn’t made it past the ICValve.

I would say however, that I find myself interested but skeptical about the Zity descriptions of people taking 6+ to 8 quart enemas sufficiently large to fill their complete small bowel and stomach and induce vomiting of not only just GI secretions but enema volume. I’d have to be convinced with a demonstration using indicator dye in the enema liquid or even X-rays. I think at least for non-medically indicated recreational enemas, such a study is not likely ever to appear.

As for me, I cannot really tell when the water has filled my large intestine and is now filling my small intestine. However, I can tell when it does start to fill my stomach. Yes, it is possible or the water to make its way into the stomach. When it starts into the stomach, you will feel a sharp pain that will last for a few seconds and then go away. The water will continue in and fill up the stomach. It all depends on how much food you still have in your stomach and when you last ate. If you keep going, when your stomach has had enough and cannot take more, it will then force the water up into your eusuophigus [sp?]. It will not be very long after that and in a few just a few seconds you will be throwing up from it. That, as many think, will not really harm you in any way. However, if may not be a very good taste in your mouth when you start doing that. There will be relief of the pressure in you and it will not – REPEAT-- WILL NOT – harm you in any way, except for the pain and the taste in that is in your mouth. You will be okay once the water is out of your digestive tract.

I know this from experience. I have had many enemas from both males and females that have been this large and have done this to me. My digestive tract is just fine despite all of the very large enemas I have had put in me in the past. My first very large enema was when I was 14 and I am now 73.

I think it would be highly erotic to have a woman filled up with the enema solution such that her belly distended to look pregnant. It would also be erotic to have vaginal sex with this pregnant woman while her colon was filled with the enema solution.

My wife enjoys filling me with 5 qt enema and holding my belly from behind. She will whisper in my ear, “look at your pregnant belly.” It’s very humiliating.
