Turn on words in medicals

Does anyone have a phrase that turns them on? When I was 18 and having a school medical I was naked on the couch for doctor to examine my appendix scar. He said ‘ open your legs boy’ and then proceeded to examine my scar and also testicles with very cold hands. Those two together made me feel very exposed and of course I got an erection. This remains as a fantasy to this day to be examined by a doctor feeling my balls with cold hands after instructing me to open my legs. Does anyone else have a turn on phrase or like cold hands for the exam?
