Enema that can produce cramps that might be similar to a menstrual period

I was wondering if any women might have a recipe for me to try that might produce similar effects of menstruation cramps? Any ideas for me?

Large, COLD soapy water seems the easiest to me. Even though you specified "women's input," seems like an experienced giver might also have good input.

Was just thinking they know how menstruation cramps feel an we don't.. so I was thinking they would have the best ideas.
