What e-stim device do you use?

Is there anyone who has experience with toys like the PES electro stimulation system? I'd love to try it, but I'm still a bit nervous about it. Item cost roughly ?

I've managed to have a few great stim sessions with my enema and diaper. I have a soda enema which I hold in with an inflatable butt plug. I have a metal ring connected to a wire that fits over the butt plug before it goes on. I have a POS electro catheter and a ring that fits to the base on my penis. I then have a home made transformer system driven by a small battery powered amplifier and is connected to my PC running a program called RXTC. I can create almost any type of signal, and wow have I had some great climaxes.

I have a TENs and an Erostek 312b.

I have made numerous electro-enema nozzles and attachments for my enema sessions.

I have over 8 years of EMR training and electrical engineering. You must be careful but with the correct equipment and training and toys, it can be hours and hours of wonderful sensations and pleasure.

I have had my PES for 5 years. It is the best toy I have. I wish I had purchased a independent dual channel with a lot of different waves. I also have a homemade unit (cost about $15-20). It is very limited it it's waves. It is a muscle stimulator and I modified it from 9 volts(battery) to 12 volts. I t juiced it up a bit. I wouldn't recommend the homemade route though.

Addressing your concerns, there are 2 safety issues. No electric above the waist and injecting something in your urethra risks infection. The urethra thing is not worth the time and risk. I have no experience for women because my wife has mental block about electricity. For men it can be some experience, don't buy any electrodes made with or from rubber. They are expensive and they don't last, eventually they contact oil and degrade.

My husband and I have four electric stimulators and lots of insertable and surface/skin electrodes.

SexTek E312B---This has absolutely the most available power output of them all. If you are into pain, this is the one to get. It also has a tremendous number of stim cycles and it is the most customizable unit I know of on the market. You can even connect it to your computer for custom stim pulsing. It has a superb variety of stim cycles ranging from those that feel really smooth and gently tug at you to have an orgasm all the way to those that make you cum by feeling like the electrodes are grinding deeply into your body. This is also the most expensive--about $ 500 PLUS many different accessories. We got this about 6-7 years ago. It has by far the biggest battery and is a workhorse! You MUST read the entire manual with this stimulator. There is a lot you need to know. If you can't program a VCR, don't get this one!

Hotboxx----This one we found slightly more difficult to use and it has a longer learning curve than the simple Folsom units. It has a lot of cycles that can be used for pain, but not so many that give that smooth tugging buzz to the genitals. It was about $250+ when we got it s-7 years ago.

Folsom PSG 202----This one has some adjustability and gives a nice smooth tug on you urging you to haver an orgasm. I think it was about 150-200 8-10 years ago

Folsom PSG MAX----This has a more aggressive buzz and "grinding" sensation. This is really good as a butt plug energizer. It was about $200+ about 8-10 years ago

I hope this helps you make a decision. We haven't found the cheaper tens units to be as good for our purposes.

A few years ago, I bought my husband a bipolar urethral sound that we attach to our SexTek control box. The sound is designed so the inner part of the electrode goes in as far as the prostate and the outer part of the electrode completes the circuit in the portion of the urethra inside the glans. It is totally hands free and the while his penis is getting buzzed, I can insert another bipolar anal electrode to keep is bottom buzzing too. He also has one of the flexible conductive rubber catheter electrodes.

I also have a couple of vaginal electrodes for myself. One is shaped like a curved plate that is attached by elastic bands around the waist and it is a bipolar electrode that has an electric pad that sits on either side of the clit and labia. I also have one where the two sides of the bipolar electrode are on opposite sides of the "dildo" which kind of forces my vagina to contract on itself from side to side, and another one where there is one deep and one shallow ring electrode around the "dildo" which causes my vagina to contract lengthwise from inside-out. Both are a blast. Add a couple of warm wet fingers, and I'm in heaven.

We also have several different anal/rectal electrodes. There are bipolar ones about half the length of a hot-dog, unipolar ones also that size that are fully inserted, LARGE bipolar sausage shaped ones which may be fully inserted or left partially exposed, and butt plug electrodes in a variety of sizes. If you push the anal electrodes in very far, you can feel the buzz literally in your feet because the chorda equina (spinal cord below the level of the ribs) will get lots of stimulation.

For punishment devices, we have wire brush electrodes and needle electrodes, which are unipolar, as well as a Wartenberg pinwheel. I don't penetrate the skin with needle electrodes, but the fine point of the needle gives an extremely strong ZAP to the spot where it touches. The second electrode can go anywhere you like. There are also nipple electrodes, but we don't own any. I am firmly against any electrical devices that send energy across any part of the chest, even a bipolar electrode across a nipple. I don't need a cardiac event of any kind, thank you.

If you go to an S&M store in a big city, they may let you hold the various electrodes in your hand so you can get an idea of what the power control boxes feel like with the current flowing.

Some of the e-stim electrodes are sterilizable, vast majority are not. Things like butt plug electrodes do not have to be sterile to share, but they do need to be clean. Urethral catheter type electrodes must not be shared. Everyone must have their own.

Anyone with cardiac conduction problems, arrhythmias and the like, and anyone with neurologic problems like Parkinsons, Tardive Dyskinesia, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), or any other degenerative neurologic condition should probably find other ways to amuse themselves.

How does ET-312 compare to the TENS Unit?

I can tell you the ET-312B is far and above any TENS unit. We have the ET-312B, the Hot Boxx and two of the Folsom units, and the SexTek ET-312B is definitely the best, most powerful, programmable (even through your computer for special effects) e-stim unit there is.

I also have an ET312B and have to completely agree. In fact, I think it's a pitty that most people start with a TENS unit, as there really is no comparison.

Incidentally, I'll add here that aside from pre-programed and highly flexible manual stim regimes, the ET312 can also stim to music, something that I've had a lot of success with.

It is also capable of phased (two channels, three elctrodes) stimulation that can be pretty wild with proper electrode placement.

You can use three bi-phased electrodes, but we have preferred to use the two channels separately so you can set independent pulse patterns for each channel, and use up to FOUR monopolar electrodes or one bipolar and two monopolar electrodes, or two bipolar electrodes.

We never really got into using music or a microphone for a stim pattern. We have however used the Audi-Oh! with the microphone input. I don't know if they still make that.

I would reiterate and say that these toys are generally safe if you use them in a safe manner. BUT anyone with any cardiac conduction problems or neurologic disorders should NOT use them. Even normal people should be safe and not use them across the face, head or chest cavity (that includes arm to arm or leg to arm), after all, that's how cardiac defibrillators work. E-Stim can be a lot of fun, but you can end up dead if something goes wrong.

I purchased a tens unit a few years ago as a introduction to e-stim play. I started with a tens mostly because I didn't want to put a lot of money into something until I thought it would be enjoyable for play. I have just bought some PES stuff. Their box, an anal probe And 2 penis rings. I have experimented with it twice and frankly was quite disappointed. Make sure the wire connections are good and try some conductant gel. If it does not work see if you can find just a cheap tens unit before you go invest anymore into the electrical equipment. Most start with just a tens and then go up into higher end equipment.

This is something that has interested me but I really would not know how to use the device if I was to buy one. Do they come with directions? Any body have advice on how to best use these types of stimulating devices?

If you use a BIPOLAR electrode/nipple clamp on the nipple it is OK as long as you do not have any cardiac abnormalities. You should have an examination by a cardiologist to make sure of this before using nipple electrodes.

A Bipolar nipple clamp has a + and - electrode, one on each side of the clamp, so the electricity only goes across the one nipple, not across the chest. Electricity that goes across the chest from left to right or top to bottom is a definite NO-NO.

If you are past the starter phase, go to Erostek online. Their units are the best. An ET302R is a good one and is remote controlled. You can with adapters use Tens pads.

You do not need to be a scientist to use one even though there are many 'Advanced' adjustments. You can change all sorts of settings and unless you choose to 'Save Settings' the box will revert to normal when switched off and on again. If 'Save Settings' is used, all is not lost, you can always 'Restore Settings' to get back to the factory default.

Tens units are great to, only have one I got at our local annual SM convention (Thunder in the Mountains) in Denver... It was about $50, getting the PES attachments to work took adapter connections, but they worked fine.

Has anyone ever seen,heard of, know anything about or possibly know of a website regarding an older(circa late 70's early solid state) 'ACUFLEX' T.E.N.S. unit? It is battery operated, using 2 nine volt and 8 c batteries. I acquired it last weekend and it needs some minor repair, which I am certified and capable of doing. It has absolutely no model number on it, or evidence of it being removed. There is a service tag inside from a company in the local area that has not been in business since the early 80's, dead end there, I googled it every which way using different sear engines and parameters and only came up with references to excersize equipment and the lead that told me the service company was no longer in existence.

I am looking specifically for tech specs such as schematic diagram/repair manual and /or operators manual, links to organizations or individuals who do. The repairs are quite simple, just re-soldering the wires from the battery power supply board to the main board in the proper sequence so as not to miss wire it. Any useful leads or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I started estim by getting a zeus 6 channel digital power box, but i decided to upgrade to an et 312; and an upgrade it was!. so many possibilities with the 312, penis bands, catheter and plug.
